I stayed at Novotel suites for 4 nights we were given th émotion to check in early which we did because we had a very early flight . It was a bit expensive but it was nice to have a nap for a couple of hours before heading out and exploring Geneva . The beds was so confortable and we slept very well . Front desk was helpful with directions to places and when i needed something . The location is really good just a few stops from the airport and also very close to the town you are also given a free transport ticket which came in very handy . Nice hotel and would definitely stay again

Clean linens and Neat room, well kept backyard and gym. Good stay closer to the Airport and right across the Shopping mall, connected by frequent Buses and Trams and not far from Geneva Gare. Few Reception staff were multi-lingual and professionally good to interact. Bamboo Paper cups are provided which is environment friendly than plastics. Master bed was comfortable. Double glazing windows kept the noise out of busy main roads.

Reception staff were not around when checking in around 6pm and I had to wait to collect the keys though I had made prior online check-in. Wondering what is the point of online check-in? On the second night, returned late to the hotel after sight seeing and found both the access cards did not work on the elevators. Checked at reception and came to know the card has been activated for 1 day only when our booking is for 3 nights and 4 days. That sounded like some goof up either by staff or technology systems. Sofa bed was not as comfortable as the main bed though. Thermostat in the room is a let down as it was automatic and always remained warm at night even when heating was turned off. TV channels didn't work but that's not a major issue for us.

The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. We were very happy with our stay overall. The staff was especially kind and helpful — they even sent us a package with some items we had forgotten at the hotel, which we really appreciated.

The bus that stops directly in front of the hotel runs infrequently, which made it less convenient to use. However, there's a tram stop within walking distance that goes toward the city center, so getting around was still manageable.

The hotel is close to Geneva airport, but it does not suffer from airplane noise. It is situated across a large mall and cinema, which can become handy. Public transportation to Geneva downtown is close by and very comfortable. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was rich and excellent. The hotel shares a swiss bistro restaurant with the 2nd hotel in the building. This one is also very good. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you very much!

Booked an executive suite and family suite with family. Excellent location short distance from airport , although far from the rest of airport hotels but that makes it closest to the city among these hotels.The tram across the hotel gives a very easy access to the city in less than 20 minutes with free transport pass included with all hotels in Geneva. Importantly better priced compared to the expensive " Geneva accommodations" Superb staff, very friendly, quick check in and check out, helpful and good guide. Benjamen and the lady in morning reception deals quite efficiently with all the customers and doing their job exceptionally well. The lady in-carge of breakfast is very cheerful and helpful. Breakfast includes all the basic stuff required. Thanks to all the staff. The close by restaurants and of course the mall across the hotel makes your life easier and shopping convenient. I got my pre paid sim from the mall. Uber eats deliver food even at 12 midnight .... in Geneva was a surprise! Halal option restaurants also available near the hotel. The executive rooms on high floors provide additional coffee maker , extra electricity sockets and amenities otherwise the size is same as family rooms. Both the family and executive suites had ample space , sofa and a small dining table which provides great comfort to family.

Slightly away from Geneva attractions and a little far from airport ,somewhere in the middle. No free airport shuttle. The cleaning staff is good but miss to replace amenities. The garbage bins should be bigger. The single step up in and out of wash rooms is difficult for elderly. The separate toilet and washroom (wash basin+ shower+ tub) in the same room can be both convinience and troublesome at the same time. The breakfast area and reception together makes it a bit crampy. Expect more options in vending machine.

The hotel was just 5 minutes from the airport and the bus station was quite close to the hotel. with the same bus, we easily reached to the center. we were with two kids, the hotel was clean, with fridge and microwave i easily fed the small kids and they enjoyed the bath. the stay was comfortable, and the shopping mall and market was just in front of the hotel, which makes the tourist life easiest. the staf in the reception was also very polite

The location is perfect! In front of a small mall and a huge supermarket, the bus station that goes to the airport, city center, lake and main stations. The area is nice and quiet. The room is spacious, I really like how the shower is separated. The beds are comfortable and the service was good in general.

The shower could be bigger, there are no racks. The cleaning was not done properly, specially inside the bathtub and floors.

The suite was comfy and well designed. The water is warm enough for shower during winter. The location was great as it is close to the airport and on the bus route. We were also provided with Geneva Transport Card during our stay which made going from the hotel to the city and airport free and easy. We had 2 back to back reservations for our stay and they let us stay in the same room.

We had to made 2 separate bookings for 4 nights stay as the similar room was not available.

It’s hard to find rooms that sleep more than one person and offer any privacy. The room offered a divider between the two beds which was nice.

It was in a good location with a huge shopping center across the street and a few restaurants, but it takes roughly 30 minutes by bus to get downtown. Not bad at all since the #10 stops right out front (and is only 10 minutes from the airport), but if I had to choose something that’d be it.

Location was very good. About 5 minutes bus ride from the airport (10 minutes with traffic) and 20 minutes bus ride to town centre. The mall right opposite the hotel is massive and it has a cinema and food court. Breakfast was okay. Helpful staffs. Having a microwave in the room is very handy.

Not enough high chairs for children to use. Fridge in the room doesn't seem to cool very well.
