LOVED the hotel. It was definitely a luxury hotel in a busy, central location with everything in walking distance. Love the area!! Latte in the lobby was to die for! Staff is extremely friendly and everything is clean and top notch! The reviews about the size of the room and the fact that it only has King bed is accurate. I didn’t mind having only a King bed because I was traveling with my daughter and we just slept “sideways” instead of climbing over the other person. I also had a corner room with 4 windows looking out Geneva so I was in heaven. The size of the room was definitely bigger for these corner rooms. The 2nd room we booked was an inside room with only 1 window, and it was a bit smaller. I would feel closterphobic in that room. So pick your corner room! That being said, the bed is SO COMFORTABLE and everything is high tech. My daughter loves the shower and the lights. I would stay there again and make sure to pick a corner room.

The lobby area is their “living room/canteen” which doesn’t allow you to eat/hang out there with outside food. I was there with 2 kids and grandma for 6 nights so that was inconvenient, especially since the rooms are so small to begin with that we couldn’t exactly hang out in our rooms.

The hotel was very modern with a larger elevator which is unusual for some European hotels. There is a restaurant and bar on the first floor that stays open late which is great for late arrivals. Location is terrific; close to restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and professional.

The hotel features a self check in process which doesn't expedite the process. This can be a problem for large groups. There is an attendant that oversees the area but really they are always assisting people with the check in process. These attendants also work as bartenders and waiters in the restaurant when no one is checking in. The room size is very small with the sink in the bedroom and only the toilet and shower in an enclosed space.

The self check-in. If you expect guests to do it themselves I’d suggest the staff curb their enthusiasm and stand back from the machines and wait to be needed for help - I was at the machine and kept seeing the back of the head of one of your staff who was far too keen to supervise and jump in constantly - which was irritating and caused mistakes - just chill out!!! It’s great that they are so keen and friendly - but just turn it down a few notches at the check-in machines. Either check in guests normally or leave them alone at the machines

This is a nice, clean hotel in a great location convenient to attractions and public transport. The staff is friendly, helpful, and multilingual. The modern art and decor in the lobby and bar give it a fun vibe. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of tasty food, and the folks at the bar are quick with the coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The rooms are well-designed and clean. The bed and pillows are really comfortable, and the blackout shade really keeps out the outside light, so we slept very well.

The English language TV stations all had the "voice guide" on with no way to turn it off, which was irritating. We didn't spend that much time watching TV, so that was a small thing. While the bed is truly comfortable, the room is only as wide as the bed is long which meant that I had to crawl over my spouse to get in and out of bed. The shower curtain was not quite long enough, so showering gets the bathroom floor wet.

The guests entire hotel experience is governed by the IPad in tbe guests room. Lighting, room cleaning, TV chanels -everything is controlled by the iPad. I had a percectly quiet room on the sixth floor looking to the courtyard. The breakfast was superb and really fresh. Most of all, the location of the hotel is in the best residential address in Geneva . The old town with Rue du Rhone shopping just 2 minutes walk away. Important to mention that ALL types of plug dockets are in the bedrooms as per my photos. Safe for valuables is also very strong.

There was nothing about my one week stay I could fault. Everything from the Brasserie wines and food to the helpfulness of check in staff was excellent.

The hotel has a very good location, very short walking distances everywhere, although a bit difficult to get there with a car. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast selection was not great, but everything was fresh and tasty, and the coffee they make is amazing! Also the sound isolation in the rooms was good, I could not hear basically anything during my stay, and could sleep without earplugs which is rare for me.

Rooms are super small. For one person it's still fine but already for two with luggage it's quite a puzzle. We also had a bit of smell in the room, which did not bother that much but a small inconvenience.

Ideal location for exploring new and old town. Great restaurants, transport links, shops and attractions. Main bus station for day trips within walking distance. Place was clean, with an excellent shower and bed was very comfy. Loved the use of the iPad in being able to control all the electronics (lights, curtains, TV) - Great touch having day and night light modes and day/night blinds; excellent being able to get HD TV shows including BBC1 with the click of a button. Plenty of charging sockets, loved that you had a UK, European and Swiss charging points! Quick check in/out, liked the fact you could select what level/side you wanted your room to be. Staff were still on standby if you needed help with the self check in and very friendly allowing storage/collection of luggage after check out. 24/7 canteen available!

Excellent location in the center, close to everything. The bed was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful with many choices. The people working there were very nice and helpful. Overall, very good service. I booked a quiet room as I am a very light sleeper, and I got it. The room was very quiet, I slept very well. The hotel is very modern. I would stay there again if I visit Geneva in future.

A couple of very minor things, not enough to lower my overall score, but worth mentioning. 1. I didn't care for the sink in the room instead of a bathroom. I prefer the sink in the bathroom. 2. The hotel failed to send me the link to get Geneva transport card before my arrival as they said in a message they would and even as I sent messages via Booking reminding about it, I got it during check in, but I'd have liked to use it to get to the hotel. They said they didn't have my email, but they could've sent it via Booking, another hotel I stayed at 2 weeks earlier did. It's a minor thing, but something that could be improved.

The hotel is located within a short walking distance of Lake Geneva. All the attractions are also within walking distances and you can also use the free Geneva Travel Card offered by the hotel to visit CERN and United Nations building. The rooms are all the same and we were pleased to be asked on arrival which floor and which side of the hotel to have the room. The staff also advised which offered the best views.

The room was excellent with good amenities. However, for two people sharing a room, there wasn't adequate recreational space to relax other than sit on the bed. Also, the person who sleeps on the window side would have to climb over the other person to make use of the other facilities in the room.

First off the bed was huge and so comfy! I’d stay again for the space and the comfort! The hotel is super quirky with an iPad to arrange the bedroom such as climate, lights, blinds. You can connect your personal phone or iPad to the tv via chrome cast too which helped us to rest after a busy week. Great location and very helpful too. The bathroom has a special night light which is red so your eyes aren’t affected overnight and you can see where you need to go with the blackout blinds down. Breakfast was a little expensive but very nice.
