Definitely great location, new hotel, new furniture is a great advantage, excellent staff, friendly, helpful, chilld friendly, AC works, which is rare in Geneva, new Terry towels.

There is little variety at breakfast, no vegetables, omelette or eggs are not prepared separately, only a scrambled buffeta lot of bread and croissants, but it’s not for everyone

Very large sunny room with balcony facing the pedestrian plaza. Very quiet. Centrally located next to the Jardin Anglais on Lake Geneva. Convenient walking distance to the top restaurants. Generous breakfast buffet and very helpful personnel.

There was air conditioning but it didn’t seem particularly effective.

Excellent location, walking distance to every attraction point. Very nice and clean rooms in quite good sizes. And the staff was helpfull and very kind.

Only negative side for me was the smell from the Lebanese restaurant downstairs. We were staying at the second floor right above the restaurant, thats why there was a constant smell, not in the room just in the coridors.

Bed size is quite small, not refreshing the complementary water, expensive parking.

Beautiful rooms in an excellent location a 5 minute walk to both the old town and the lake. We had a double and twin room for our family which were close together on the same level. The rooms are quite small but very nicely finished. A kettle and larger mugs were requested on arrival and were delivered to the room very quickly.

The staff were professional and helpful but not particularly friendly. The breakfast is in a beautiful room and we were able to sit on the balcony overlooking the square but the range of food was quite limited. We were surprised there was no muesli or granola on offer (other than Bircher). The service was also quite slow.

Property was incredibly central positioned just off the lake on one side, the main shopping street the other and a very short walk to the old town. The rooms were stunning and very clean - we had 2 both with a balcony towards the front. While the hotel was amazing I would say the staff were incredible. We were only in Geneva for 3 nights so didn’t want to waste any time. As a result we asked the staff for various recommendations and they could not have been better.

It is quite expensive but a) it’s Switzerland and b) it is a centrally located 4 star hotel so I guess that explains it.

Building is beautiful and well positioned. The bathroom was also fantastic and the small balcony gave an excellent view over the square and a glimpse of the lake. We ate in the Lebanese restaurant and the meal was delicious and the staff excellent.

I expected a balcony from our booking but initially were given a room with no balcony or view. We complained and were then given a nice room at the front of the building with balcony and view, which was very nice.

The helpfulness of staff. When there was a query regarding the dinner the matter was dealt with immediately and without fuss.

A better explanation of the dinner option booked with the package would have been helpful. We were told that it was only the vegetarian option that was available with the package when we were in the restaurant, which was not mentioned in the itinerary. Explained that this had not been explained in any of the correspondence or written anywhere and so we were offered an extra meat dish with out dinner, which was excellent and the whole misunderstanding was dealt with extremely well with little or no fuss. An excellent outcome. Although this should be corrected to explain the situation in the package deal on the website

Staff was a lovely, kind, friendly accommodating. It was my friends birthday, so the desk attendant help me set up a surprise with cake, flowers, balloons went above and beyond to decorate the room, the thoughtfulness, beauty of the hotel, the surrounding area, made it easy for an American to travel through Geneva. Also, another thing that stuck out in my mind was the shower in the bathroom/ the bathroom itself was amazingly clean and the water pressure was awesome. Felt like a spa.

Room was a bit stuffy and small, but I’m also 6 feet tall with a lot of luggage so I’m a little biased.

Special thank you to the gentleman at the restaurant (who provided me with a banana and a bucket of ice to bring to my colleague who was very ill) and the front desk members who assisted me with every question and request. A huge kudos to the housekeeping team who did an impeccable job!

My only feedback is that check-in could have been a little more informative (breakfast hours, gym access and directions).
