Our group of 17 cyclists thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The staff were excellent, very helpful during check-in and very accommodating to our needs. The rooms are bright and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel has a large area in its secure underground garage for parking bicycles. We also enjoyed the tables and chairs set up on a terrace beside the hotel as an excellent place to enjoy eating out grocery store suppers. The hotel is located in a quiet area that is only about a 10 minute walk away from the old town. Two major supermarkets are also a short walk away.

The breakfast was really perfect...such a choice! The staff were really friendly and helpful... from the housekeeping staff to the front-desk staff. The hotel is 5 minutes from a big shopping centre. The room was so peaceful, you couldn't hear anything from the corridor, other rooms or outside!

The parking was a little bit confusing. Secondly, I noticed that others, like myself, were not very sure where we could sit at breakfast. I felt that it should have been made clearer. A few of us felt that we took seats / tables uncomfortably near to the entrance and front desk!

Bigger rooms than in the B&B hotels in Germany, the breakfast was partially local and very delicious, and the employees were exceptionally friendly. The hotel is ca. 25-minute food walk away from the lake Geneva in Nyon, so a nice morning walk is perfect. Also, the hotel is close to the highway. Thus, you can reach any destination from Nyon very easily.

The bathroom was smaller than expected, and we did not have any hand towels, only bath rub and bath towels.

Everything we needed and more Staff (Matthew) were amazing, friendly, knowledgable of area, we spent one night before cycling around the lake and another night after cycling, we were upgraded on our second stay, breakfast was good too 20 minute walk to the lake but was made aware there was public transport available if wanted with a free transport pass

Nothing major, and nothing that could have been rectified but party of school children devoured the breakfast area like locusts, left a mess and it took a while to replenish breakfast and clear up after them……. Not a negative towards the hotel staff

It was clean/modern and had free parking, the staff was nice and was located in nice place to connect to all major places

The WiFi was a bit annoying as I assume some people are coming from the EU like us and couldn’t even receive an sms without turning on our data and getting charged. Would be nice to just be able to autoconnect to the WiFi rather than get an sms. We also got a little too hot at night and even with the thermostat all the way off, heat was still on 😅

Great accomodation, I really loved it there. The place was very clean when I arrived. Easy and great commonication with the staff. 10/10 would recommend.

No real dislikes, just a personal issue. It would be nice if the hotel had some sort of way to prevent the two single beds from separating while sleeping. The room was great but I kept finding myself pushing away the other single bed since there was no way to tie/lock the bed legs together. Still a 10/10 place.

Hotel new and very clean,modern and very nice design,excellent view from my room compensated that it was without balcony. But more of all I would like to compliment to the stuff at the front desk that was very helpful and nice all the period of our week stay.( 3 colleagues 3 rooms ,arrived for training) It began from the suggesting something to drink when the room wasn't ready when I arrived and I waited to it less then 5 min.,small gesture that make big difference, we also appreciate that despite the fact it was no minibar or fridge in room the staff allowed us to save products in big fridge at reception and to eat dinner there . I would warmly recommend this hotel to anybody

It would nice to put small mineral water bottle at first day in room ( we arrived at Sanday and supermarket was closed and gas station was a little far.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and cool, and the breakfast had lots of options and was generous. The coffee machine did decent coffees, which was important to us! We had a twin room and a double room, both spacious and comfortable. Great shower! The hotel was very quiet at night, which meant we slept very well. The location is good for somewhere out of town enough for peace and quiet, and good access to the motorway. We drove into town each day because the weather was so hot but it wouldn't have been a long walk (maybe 20 minutes) and there's a bus. My daughter was sick the day we were due to fly home, and the lady on reception couldn't have been kinder. She was an absolute gem and let us check out a bit later so my daughter could rest a bit longer.

There's nothing I didn't like exactly. The only thing lacking in the rooms is enough hanging space - there was only room for 4 hangers. And we could have done with some hand towels - all we had were two bath towels. However, I'm sure if I'd asked for more towels, reception would have given us some, I was just surprised there weren't hand towels anyway. Fresh, prepared fruit was the only thing missing from breakfast.

Location was good as we needed somewhere with parking and there was an excellent bus service into the town centre. Nice reception area and clean new modern room with very comfortable bed

Storage in the room could have been better - very small shelf and washbasin area in bathroom and tiny bedside tables. A extra shelf or two would have been useful. But overall very good

The staff was providing excellent; service: Comfort is good with very good bedsThe location is very convenient for visiting the Jura and/or the Lake of Geneva or playing golf. Nyon itself is already worth a visit

Not much to be mentioned. > pity there was no restaurant in the hotel. However a pizzeria is in walking distance and McDo in three minutes by car.
