Location, price, staff, spacious room, nearby shops/ supermarkets and restaurants, easy access to public transport. Great shower water pressure and water was instantly warm.

My keycard died multiple times despite replacement which meant many extra trips up and down. No blackout curtains so I woke up when the sun rose. Did not like climbing into the bathtub to shower. Would’ve like a separate shampoo and body wash. PowerPoints stop working when you turn off the main light switch so I woke up to a dead phone and battery pack which were meant to charge overnight.

The family type room was very spacious, bathroom was modern and clean. The super new kitchen was a great asset to the unit. We walked everywhere with 2 children (9 and 12) and the late sunsetting in summer allowed for many adventures. Some lovely shops close by, we did not have breakfast. There was a great local market on Saturday morning just around the corner and we managed to get some amazing supplies. The apartment room was a great choice for us. Very efficient and friendly staff at the desk...where there are awesome caramel sweets.

I appreciate that you may be in the middle of decor changes....I do however think that the bed covers in the lounge area should rather be left off. The classic white covers look much better than the other design. The aircon did not seem to be very effective on the days we were there, it was very hot but there seemed to be little movement of air in the room.

We had a lovely suite/one bedroom apartment with three beds, a kitchen, a balcony with a nice outdoor table and chairs and plenty of space for our family, The hotel couldn't be more centrally located, with plenty of attractions, shops and restaurants around and although we didn't book car park space, we managed to park by the hotel on our first night and then made a car park reservation on the second.. Breakfast is basic but varied and sufficient. Saff is really lovely and helpful. Definitely recommendable.

Having been bumped from another property six months ago needed a place close by for similar budget, so booked this based on Booking.Com reviews five months ago. Through repeated reminders of upgrading, took the suggestions as was anticipating jet lag from Sydney the day we arrived would play heavily if the room was too small. Two seperate bedrooms with a common bathroom and small kitchenette for two of us. The separate bedroom housed our luggage. The king size bed was greatly appreciated. The fully air conditioned apartment was appreciated at the days we were there were in the low 30C it helped us sleep better. As tourists the Hotel is eligible for free travel passes throughout Geneva. Tram 12 and 17 tram stops literally 100 meters from Hotel, these two allowed us to get to Old Town.

As we used the nearby Migros supermarket to buy our Muesli breakfast(s), there were no deep bowls to eat cereal from. We resorted to eating from coffee cups daily. Second last day there we had a blackout at about 7am. We carried on regardless in our daily cleaning process but the bathroom was pitch black. Curiosity got the better of us when dressed to open the door to see lights out in the stairwell. We spoke to the cleaners and they came in and flicked a fuss box switch. We think it was my wife using the hairdryer whilst I was ironing. We were in a rush to get somewhere else.

The location and clean apartment. We had an update when we arrived - to a business apartment, the room was big. The staff was friendly (with the exception of one guy).

It was hot in genebra. The AC was not working properly. The room was a little hot. The kitchen was a little poorly equipped. the dishes were small, and two wine glasses were missing (this last just a suggestion). The hotel is very dated and needs some updates, but honestly, it wasn't important to me.

The location is perfect where it’s probabley 10 minutes walk to Geneva lake and 15 minutes walk to Geneva shopping center. Also, Migros market is just one minute walk and other restaurants as well. The parking is also very close 2 minutes walk in case the hotel parking is full. The suite was big where fits all family with extra bed ( total 5). Windows are nice and fresh air is always good in the morning. Beds are very comfortable.

Nothing major, but like most of the properties in Europe, there was only one bathroom in the suite. Also, you have to book the parking in advance with charges; otherwise you will use the parking just nearby hotel.

Great location, comfy beds, suite on the top floor was well set up for us and our kids. Reception start were super friendly and helpful. Great to have a balcony but so much more could be made of it, felt a bit like stay with a very welcoming old friend.

room quite basic, bed side lamp didn’t work properly. As I said, like staying with a tired old friend but suited our needs so really can’t complain!

The room was big, comfortable and so clean. Receptionist ladies were so hospitable. The hotel’s location is also perfect. Bathroom was also wide and bathtube is big enough. Kitchen was small but enough, just utensils were inadequate.

Both the hotel building and its quarter are so noisy. You can hear both near rooms and street’s noises all the time. Building is old and thin-walled. Kitchen utensils were so limited

Friendly service was best! I was uppgraded to a bigger room which was a nice surprise as the room was spacious and really improved my liking. Kitchenette was good. Bed was very comfy. I enjoyed the stay as a part of my business trip.

The reception area and the rooms look little tired but it is all clean and tidy and friendly which is the most important thing. The breakfast could also have some more fresh products such as cucumber, I think.

Location and extra friendly staff. We had an issue that they were not aware we required twin beds. They worked on it and gave us an upgraded room to address this challenge.

Map took us onto a side street which was actually the rear of the hotel. Seems we “should have reserved the parking” but there’s nowhere on Booking.com that prompted for such a request. Maybe we missed it?
