It is a very clean nostalgic room. It has every item you will need in the kitchen and they are very new. No problem with electricity, heat, water and wifi.

The pillows are flat which my daughter likes but i dont like. I put the blanket under the pillow and the sheet, and it was very comfortable after that. May be they can provide you extra pillow, i didnt ask for that.

Room was larger than I expected and it had a kitchenette, basic cooking tools, a complete bathroom (toilet and shower), a closet, a small table and tv. Location is also in a good part of Geneva. Bed is really huge for one person. Staff replied very quickly especially on off hours (weekends) on WhatsApp. The hotel has an old charm but it's just perfect especially if you're staying for business. Plenty of food choices in the area, very close to tram station that connects to the main train station and the city.

The yellow light, my side of the building was facing the street so the windows had to be shut to block the noise therefore there's no natural light. The stairs are spiral and narrow so you have to be prepared to carry heavy luggage. The iron and hair dryer can be improved but already very happy that they have these included.

Lovely room, fantastic location, easily accessible to tram lines. Such a reasonable price for location. Loved the little kitchenette. Didn’t use it but loved having plates when I brought home takeaway.

I loved everything about this place except that it had no air conditioning, which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. I didn’t realize Geneva would be so warm and while opening the window was fine most of the time and it was beautiful, just know before you go, the room can get warm and there’s no way to cool it other than the window.

Centrally located just off Plainpalais a stone's throw from the trams along Rue Carouge. The room was a 4th floor walkup with a view, with bathroom and toilet. Very clean and convenient. The reception remains open for a part of the day, and helpfully provided me with the keys. Note: this is a residence only - so no meals. However, there are several restos on Rue Dizerens and along the main roads.

A working coffee maker with coffee filters would have been really really convenient.

Proximity to everything and the room was so comfortable!! Loved the windows and the birds in the morning!! The staff was so hospitable!!

The only negative is it can be a challenge to checking in if you are arriving after reception is closed. The good thing is that someone answered the number posted immediately and were patient in walking me through the steps. (No elevator only steps. Not an issue for me but I could see if you have a lot of luggage, it could be an issue.

Room was very clean, bed comfortable, and I liked the view out the open window, with shutters that opened. The location was easy to get to any spots in Geneva, and the hotel includes a free pass for all public transportation. That was a welcome surprise.

The space is very small and only basics are provided. Only one fork, no microwave, but there really wasn't room for one. Room needed more light. Bathroom did not have space for putting toiletries.

This hotel was very easy to get to via public transit. We received clear directions from the team and really appreciated the communication.

Pricing was higher than usual for the weekend when we were traveling which was a bit frustrating. This may have been due to demand in the city though.

Beautiful room in a lovely, old worldly building. A stylish oasis in a bustling area. The room was really large, with everything you would need. A heater, fan, iron, Nespresso machine. Fully equipped kitchen with an oven even. You really don't want to be using that when you're on holiday though... Great location - not far from city area, and with trams right outside the door. The sound/ light proofing is really good. I was on the second floor. Two flights of stairs. Not a problem, with light luggage. All my dealings with the staff were superb. Very helpful, kind and knowledgeable.

I was confused as to how to use the key. A user error perhaps. When I opened windows, you could often smell cigarette smoke below. I guess we can't stop people from smoking though...

They should be more responsive to communications via Booking. I received the final instructions to get in to the room when I arrived and there was nobody at reception
