Very quiet, clean, comfortable room with great en-suite shower facilities, a lovely window-seat, electric sunblind, fantastic location for visiting Carouge, Geneva and easy access to the airport taking the 18 tram in front of the hotel to Cornavin station then 6-minute train journey (covered by bus ticket) to the airport. Other very good bus connections near the hotel. Fun cartoon décor in each room and on each floor. Wonderful choice of Continental breakfast, including frequent home-made marmelades, cakes and tarts. Great value for money.

It would be good to have more choices by way of evening meals. However, there are lots of great restaurants in Carouge, so it's easy to eat out.

The hotel is new, large rooms, clean and good airconditioning, spacious clean bathroom with hot and cold water. Rooms are cleaned well. Tram Station Carouge Rondeau is 50 meters in front of hotel where Tram 18 goes directly to Gare Cornavin and Downtown Shopping Center (Station Bel Air) and Lake Geneva and at 200 meter walking Bus 23 goes to Nations and Palais des Nations and WHO and ILO. Breakfast is good with breads, vroissants, cake, butter, cheese, eggs, fruits, yohhurt, sausages etc fresh fruit juice and coffee. There is a good Kebab shop and a small shop at other side of the road. Cointrin Airport is appr. 15 minutes from Hotel. Check in is easy and sometimes before 1500 pm. Personell is friendly. Iron is available at the ñobby for free. Hotel is thematic dedicated to historic cartoonist of the region

The rooms could use a safe and water cooker.

I absolutely loved the ambience at the hotel. The hotel staff were super friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed my breakfast and the comfort of my bed was beyond expectation. I also want to say that the location is very convenient, the tram stops right infront of the hotel and you can pretty much get anywhere around the city if you get on one from outside the hotel. To top it off the art on the walls is just fantastic. Big ups! Highly recommend 👌

The location was perfect to reach Geneva quickly by tram or with a 20 minutes walk. Very clean hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The extra fee for the garage, I had to pay 20CHF for the night (that it's ok), then I asked to leave the car for the day and they required 10CHF more: it makes 30CHF for 24 hours. usually the parking charge at the arrival should cover 24 hours at least, not only the night. The quality of the breakfast was really poor, but standard, same as all the other ibis style

I have stayed here before. The cartoon-themed décor is brilliant! We loved the décor in our room this time, the comfortable bed, the fact you can open a secret window to get natural air instead of just air conditioning, the efficient and spacious shower, the great breakfast choices.

The evening 'meals' on offer at the bar continue to be disproportionately pricey. Fortunately there are plenty of places to eat out in Carouge.

The cleaning was a disappointment I asked to clean 1 time in 4 nights and she barged in the room with prior notice of respect of privacy. Then I told to come in all she made was changing the towels!! Then Ieft the room and asked her to vaccum a d remove the dust. Also the bathroom walls had hair on them when I checked in.

I am not informed till now about the security deposit refund.

Location on the edge of lovely and quaint Carouge was amazing. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel and takes you straight into central Geneva in just 20 minutes. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The design scheme is great, based on Geneva cartoon artists. Each floor is designed by a different artist which we loved. Breakfast in the hotel’s café was a daily treat!

The wall cartoons and the story behind it , also about the artists. Amazing breakfast and sitting area. fabulous Lounge and especially with the books (though not much English) which made it a cozy place. Very convenient location to travel to the city by tram. We really like the windowsill seats to sit and watch outside or read that was super nice. Staffs are super nice - very helpful and attitude

The air condition -- It was super hot days and the ac was centralised to 20 or 22 Degree... We woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't sleep. But the staff were helpful - provided a room on the other side where less sunlight and also offered a fan

The style of the hotel is very nice, the staff are friendly, the area is cool

It's a shame there is no tea and coffee in the room

Located in Carouge (which is a lovely neighborhood). Steps away from the bus and tram. Could not have been greeted more warmly upon our arrival. The breakfast was wonderful and the chicken sandwich (evening menu) was delicious. The bed was supportive and very comfortable, there are night shades. The art which adorns all the floors is brilliant - mostly graphic and quite though provoking.
