Good value for money for Geneva. The room was nice and compact. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I booked a triple room (for the double bed) and got a room with two single beds. Was told there were no triple rooms available when I booked. The building is actually two Ibis hotels, one is the budget and one is non-budget. Apparently I walked into the non-budget breakfast area which created an uncomfortable moment. It’s quite impossible to tell there are two separate eating areas as the hotels are in the same building. The staff member did allow me to stay where I was as I already started picking up food.

Location is not far from city center, there’s a tram that runs through. Also easy access to airport, which was really handy for us just one bus stop ride. The place was super clean, the staff was friendly, there’s even a game machine downstairs, though I didn’t get a chance to try it out.

The bathroom was a bit awkward as we’re so exposed to anyone sitting outside, maybe put more coverings on it? The temperature was super hot when we got there and I don’t think there was any AC at all in the room.

Table football and ping-pong available in the entrance area! Located close to tram stop and walkable to Lancy Pont-Rouge station. Free travelcard included in our stay. A number of restaurants within walking distance.

Late in our stay all but one of our towels disappeared! Admittedly it was a budget hotel but the en-suite toilet and shower were incredibly cramped. The toilet also stank of urine when we arrived (and didn't improve over four days). The optional breakfast was quite expensive so instead we visited a handy baker down the road which had an outdoor seating area.

It was a good hotel, the staff were really great and it looked really nice. As a young couple it was not far to walk into the city and was a lovely walk with the weather. The rooms were good. The cleanliness was good. No issues at all.

I think it needed more than one pillow each on the bed that made it harder to get comfortable off a night but that’s really the only issue. Maybe charge ports by the bedside cabinets so you can charge whilst you are in bed.

Such a great location - easy bus from the airport . Frequent trams to city centre. Supermarkets / fast food and nice cafes close by. Felt very safe . Really clean (and was cleaned / freshened every day of our stay and best value for money in the city . We came as a sports group and the reception area was just right to help gather / have a nice drink. This is our third year of staying here .

It’s basic - but this is clear on the advertising . Toilet and showers are in pods within the room so privacy is limited !

I chose this hotel for its location that was near the place I was singing at for a concert so very convenient, otherwise, it is not a nice place of Geneva, with roads around; But very well connected to the heart of Geneva with the tram and buses, so in 10 min you can be down town. The staff is friendly, and I didn’t have breakfast so couldn’t say for the food quality. The beds are a little hard, but maybe my back is sensitive. The room is very basic but exactly what I needed for that trip when I didn’t need to be in my room most of the time. The rooms and shower were clean and bright.

Nothing in particular given that it is a budget hotel so the comfort was basic but good for the rate compared to other chains that can be even more basic.

The staff are superb - they go above and beyond, they are very friendly and helpful and knowledgable. The breakfast was really nice for the price - there was cereal, yoghurt, salami, cheeses, eggs, bread, pastry, coffee, juice... I am probably missing something. Kids eat free as well. The rooms are clean and definitely no frills - you have a mirror with a few hangers. A TV was a surprise for us. The sink is in the room and the shower and toilet feel like a cupboard but still decent for the price. The hotel also has a really pleasant lounge and offers food and drinks. There was also a room to leave luggage before our flight back.

The cards for our room stopped working every day and we needed them to reset them which was annoying. You can't open the windows or ventilate the room in any way. Becasue of that and the thick duvet you get we felt hot - I was too tired and still slpet but my other half complained he couldn't sleep well. The lights on our beds also didn't work in our room.

The hotel is perfectly positioned for town and airport bus picks you up right outside the hotel.

The room was triple with double bed and bunk bed above it, for 3 people sharing, this room had to space for storage of clothes, there were few hangers for coats, which was great, but barely any room to move, when all 3 people are in the room. Shower was next to the bed and toilet/sink.

Compact room, but clean and comfortable! Convenient to public transit, making it easy to get to both CERN and the sights in the city center. Communal areas offered semi-private spaces to relax outside the room and the kids especially loved the arcade games and foosball table. A great choice for our quick trip to Geneva!

Having the shower open into the room required extra care to keep water off the floor.

Exceptional customer service and lounge facilities, breakfast options were great and few games in the lobby were surely a plus!! The staff on the night shift on 8th March was a super star (her name was Camelia I think) she was so accommodating with the requests being alone and with so many customers around. Overall my experience was great with the Geneva branch given the fact that I've stayed at a lot of ibis Budget branches around the world.

If only they had bigger room options for larger families.
