The location was convenient for my stay with lots of bus routes nearby. Room was very big, clean and warm. Staff were able to accommodate for requests prior to arrival, using booking.com chat.

Would have been better if received instructions on checking in and out of the room- as reception office is not always open. The bathroom looks dated, didn't try the bath. The room was right next to the kitchen which got noisey at 11pm when I was trying to sleep. Breakfast is very poor, not really like a continental hotel breakfast. Kitchen food waste bin was full and smelled when opened.

The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. I also liked the self-service breakfast approach, which gave it a homely feel. The bathroom needs a bit of redesign. Using the shower would result in water spillage into the bathroom, but the drainage was not satisfactory; meaning the floor would remain wet unnecessarily. Despite this limitation, it was a very comfortable place!

The room was spotlessly clean, breakfast included in the price and the accommodation was well connected with the city centre by tram or buses. There is a supermarket and a few restaurants around, so getting something to eat is not an issue even though the property is located in an industrial area.

All sounds from other rooms and corridors carry through the walls really well, seems like there is no soundproofing at all, so the light sleepers might need earplugs.

The room was clean and the sheets had a very nice fresh smell. I really liked the fabric softener they used for the towels and sheets, it had a very nice odor. The shower pressure was excellent. I really appreciated the nice kitchen layout where you could find everything you needed to make breakfast. I didn't have any expectations being that it's a place to stay in an industrial zone but I was pleasantly surprised on the aesthetics of the room and kitchen.

The apartment & the shared kitchen especially was very well equipped. No strict time for(self service) breakfast. Very comfy beds and lovely stuff which allowed us late check out as well.

there is nothing specifically we didnt like, just small details, rather recommendations: would be great to have curtains/shades as it got very bright in the morning. and for some reason the bathroom the shower was leaking so the floor was always wet.

Location was a half hour tram ride out of the centre. However, the tourist pass meant it was free :-) Breakfast DIY but plenty provided in a very beautiful kitchen! You DO get sent the code to get in, along with the digital guest pass, which can be used straight from the station.

The milk and juice in the fridge. wasn't labelled when it was opened, so we didn't risk it! Other food was wrapped and all with a long date on it :-)

The location is nice, with good restaurants in the area, but it’s good to mention the place is in an industrial location. Check-in and out is easy, 100% by yourself and works great.

It was not really clean, mainly the bed. The sheets were not nice at all. The bathroom is old and it’s really different in comparison with the room that looks modern. Not a great selection of channels either.

Breakfast was good, maybe some more instructions to be let for people not used with such circumstances. Fridge is small and overloaded - I was not sure if this is someone's food or hotel supplies for visitors.

Well, an adapter for power cables for EU equipment would be a useful bonus.

Very comfortable, well furnished rooms, excellent facilities. Well organised check in process. Hotel was very informative about local attractions, restaraunts and transport.

Location was rather remote, in an area that was essentially completely closed down over the weekend. There was plenty of free public transport available however, that could get you into the city centre in 20-30 minutes so not a major issue.

Location was excellent because it was just a few minutes away from the venue where we attended a wedding. But this is of course personal. It's located on a business park so I'd guess most guests would be visiting a business located there. Room was well equipped modern and functional.
