The staff are very helpful and nice. The location is great since it's close to Geneva, but you do need a car since the hotel is located off a highway, so it's quite far from restaurants or supermarkets if you aren't driving. The rooms are quite comfortable. The Wi-Fi works pretty well, so you can do online meetings without any issues. There is free parking at the hotel and they have Tesla chargers. There is a shopping center about 4 minutes driving down the highway from the hotel where they have some restaurants and a supermarket. Driving to Geneva in the morning is not a problem, it takes about 20 or 30 minutes; but it can be stressful returning in the afternoon back from Geneva as there is a lot of traffic and it can take about 45mins to 1h during rush hour. The room is very well isolated from external sounds, so you don't even hear the cars on highway.

The room has a problem with its lights because of the way it's designed, you can't just turn on the bathroom lights without turning on the room lights. Basically, you end up waking up other people in the room if you need to go to the toilet at night. Breakfast is quite expensive considering what they offer.

Stylish hotel, adjacent A40/A41 junction, with spacious rooms with good soundproofing. There's a large car park with electric chargers, and an adjacent restaurant in the casino building. The bar in the foyer has comfortable seating and serves small plates of food with drinks. Dogs appear very welcome.

Breakfast was a bit poorly managed and not as good as we would have expected from a Bonvoi Marriott. Part of the reception bar was taken over by a group with singers in the evening, so we didn't linger over post-dinner drinks, which was a shame. Maintenance and cleaning could have been better.

Great location next to motorway connections from Geneva in all directions. If you have an electric car the Tesla Superchargers are on site along with AC chargers. The building is modern and in good condition, staff are friendly and there is even an express breakfast option of coffee a pastry and a juice if you don’t want a buffet breakfast. Rooms are clean, modern and in good condition and the price was very reasonable for what was offered. There is a bar in the lobby (with a bar menu) and a restaurant on the other side of the building.

This isn’t a good choice if you aren’t driving. Eg according to google public transport is a 40 min walk to a station, which has a bus but no trains to Geneva.

Clean Rooms and very comfortable bed, Great Parking Facilities, Gym was very good excellent equipment it included all the latest Technogym. Great choice as a stop over driving down to Italy from the UK. Value for money excellent. Breakfast was also good better stay than most 5 star hotels that I have been. Restaurant onsite named Les Cocottes Porte de Genève by Christian Constant was excellent. Staff all spoke English.Overall if you are thinking of stopping over do not hesitate I highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing really as I knew what to expect. This hotel for me is great as a stopover from driving as its exit is just off the motorway. I will use again.

This was our 3rd visit in 9 weeks. The location is great for a one night stay when travelling to and from France/Italy. Rooms are very comfortable, beds and showers are great. Breakfast is excellent lots of choice and quality food. Staff friendly and helpful. Bar is reasonable priced and does serve bar food. Parking is secure and on site.

Only one small thing - paper cups in room to make tea/coffee in. Why there can’t be china mug/cups????

Was convenient for a family event we were attending. The breakfast was extremely fresh and there was ample choice and quantity and at any time. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Contrary to some previous reviews our booking of 7 rooms had no issues with the bedroom lights. Thankyou to the friendly and very helpful staff

Only one choice of restaurant with the same menu for lunch/dinner. We booked 4 twin and 3 King rooms to accommodate our party but were all given king rooms so had to juggle sleeping arrangements.

Beautiful hotel, great facilities but a little out of the way, once we worked out the bus routes to Geneva we were fine, lovely room, fridge and huge TV , hotel staff very helpful

A little out of the way however once we got our hire car it was fine, public transportation also good once we worked it out

Large and clean room , since i have rented a car i don’t face problems with the location 20 minutes drive to geneva or anncey

They changed the towels but you need to check if they really provide new ones ! 1 day i found the new hand towels not clean.

The hotel is well located, close to Geneva and also close to Annecy. This hotel is new or newly refurbished, the rooms and the bathrooms are large and very clean, and all the staff is helpful, agreeable and nice. Mustafa and Myriam provided lots of information and guidance and both were very kind to us. There were many parking places for normal cars - free parking, 20 places for Tesla with electrical chargers and other places for other electrical cars as well. The free internet was very fast. Good toiletries. Unfortunately we did not have breakfast, but we had a great dinner at the hotel's restaurant "Les Cocottes" - delicious food, great service. In total, a hotel of 10++! We'll be back!

Smooth and friendly check in. Helpfulness with dining options and a lovely bar snack presented. Everyone warm and friendly. Fantastic room. Really comfortable bed. Parking plentiful. My dog was made to feel welcome too! I will definitely stay here again on my travels!

The central light system in the bedroom. The hairdryer could not be plugged in near any mirror. I was not asked when checking out if everything had been OK during my stay.
