I booked this hotel because it was close to the hospital as my husband was an in patient. I found a clean comfortable room and staff who were quite simply exceptional- kind, considerate,and who simply looked after me. Always a cheery smile, always a clean room, soft towels. Nothing was too much trouble.

Easy check in, clean and large rooms, parking was easy. Walking distance to nice shopping area. Is a little way out of Annecy but we knew that when booking.

The staff was very helpful and patient as we communicated in a combination of English, French, and Google Translate. We had an Amazon package coming and all of the staff were aware and waiting to receive it, so we were thrilled with their teamwork. The breakfast had many options but was an extra cost. The rooms were small but tidy and clean, really just enough for us.

Right at the end of the runway which in itself wasn’t bad but the smell of kerosene when the aircraft took off was overwhelming.
