Good location to stop on a road trip, not far off the motorway. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean but a bit in the small side. We did not make use of the games room facilities, but nice to have the option. Dinner in the restaurant was a buffet, but actually a very good range of hot and cold foods were on offer. By my previous experiences of buffet dinners, this was a good meal.

Rooms adequate in size for single occupancy, might be a bit cramped if sharing.

Sure Hotel provided an affordable accommodation option for us, and was a great place to land overnight while on a motorbike trip through the area. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean, and the facilities were good. Parking was easily accessible and relatively secure positioned in the front of the building. We were able to explore the area using the public bus system, which was about a 15 min walk to and from the stop. Good WiFi and comfortable beds.

The room was clean, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. There is a bus 9 minutes away that takes you to the center. There is a bar with good cocktails in the lobby. Loved the games that were available too (billiard, baby foot). Overall loved the stay, would recommend it. Good value for money.

The only problem was the fridge. It wasn’t working. The rest was great.

It was very hot during our three day stay and it was wonderful to have efficient air conditioning to return to at the end of each day. It was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was super with lots of choice and all good quality. The Number 3 bus stops about 7 minutes walk away and we used that to get into Annecy every day, allowing us to leave the car in the free car park, in the shade of the hotel so it didn't get hot. All the buses are free in the summer so we took the bus into town and then the S4 up to Semnoz and walked up to the summit for the views. Staff were very helpful.

Room a bit small but it wasn't really a problem. Buses less reliable on Sundays so we had a longer wait, but hey we're on holiday, we had time to wait.

Convenient location, good parking, friendly staff. We needed ice for our cooler and they were happy to provide. The manager went above and beyond when we rented electric bikes- he made sure our day was happy and fun by personally seeing to it we were satisfied with our experience.

The AC in the room was not very good but considering it was an August heat wave and this is more of a ski resort I can’t fault them too much for that.

Situated within easy reach of the town centre via bus (8-10 mins) - download the Sibra app to purchase your bus tickets, with buses every 10-15 mins. The staff were super friendly, the room had all the standard facilities and a nice open plan dinner area with tasty food.

Unfortunately seemed to get sick from the food (tried dinner one evening) which is self-served.

Wonderfully quiet, well laid out, equipped and compact room, excellent breakfast, and helpful staff. If arriving by car, there should be no problem. Access from town without your own car is the issue. Walking the three kilometers uphill and through complex and unmarked intersections is not practical. There is no public transportation. Taxis are not always available at the train station, and Uber is not always available either. Once there, staff can call a taxi for you, and they come quickly. Price was excellent, but breakfast and any taxis have to be added in.

Very good breakfast and big room. Free parking and closeness to the highway is comfortable for drivers.

Not ideal for visiting the city on foot. Bedsheets were dirty. There was no holder for towels in the bathroom. Personnel didn't speak good English and was not promptly available.

The apartment was nice and big with comfy beds and a small kitchen area. My kids loved the foosball table and Xbox too. Breakfast was great as well and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

There were a few minor cosmetic fixes that could have been made…one outlet was hanging off the wall, for example but that’s the only tiny issue I noticed.

Clean, a fair breakfast that needed some fresh tomatoes or cucumber, allowed motorcycles to park inside a locked patio area for extra safety as have had security issues recently.

No access by public transport and a taxi into town cost €28😳
