It was clean and the staff were very good and helpful .

The distance from town - it was much further than 2.5 km mentioned in the information - one day it cost €40 in a taxi. The bus stop is about a 10 minute walk away which was good, and the bus was free - but coming back the walk us all uphill which is no good if walking is a problem.

My room overlooked the garden, was quiet, a good size and very clean. Shower was excellent. Tea and coffee available in room. Breakfast was standard self service. The pool was kept clean and though small was ideal. Dinner was excellent, though a somewhat limited menu, everything was delicious. The reception was open 24 hours so I could check out at 4 and they organised a taxi for me. A free bus service from the main road takes you into town and back again. The staff were excellent, including the cleaning teams, and they couldn't have made me feel more safe and welcome. There is car parking at the hotel for guests.

It is within walking distance from the train station, but the sign posting was not ideal. This is not the fault of the hotel, rather the signs at the side of the road. You need to walk slightly further on than the signs would suggest and my IPhone kept telling me I was there when clearly I wasn't. This of course only happens once, when you know where you're going you're fine. Bizarrely the numerous people I asked at the neighbouring buildings, on how to find the entrance did not know either! They could point to the building but could not say how to get in. Maybe a bigger better sign for dafties like me?

Room was comfortable, well equipped and clean. The location is easily access by bus or taxi, takes 7 minutes from city center. Receptionists are very welcome, warm, attentive and collaborative. Breakfast had largely enough of choices, cereals, breads, croissants, fruits, yoghurt, eggs, cheeses, jam, especially they have Nespresso Machine with hot milk, i love this :-)

We don't really appreciate their swimming pool, too little for the communities. And they don't prepare salt and pepper on the table in their restaurant, not so bothering, as when requested the waitress came quite quick, would be much more practical if they put them ready on the table.

We chose this hotel in order to park our car and explore the town on foot for a couple of days. For this purpose it was excellent. It was an easy 25min walk to the lakefront. A supermarket was close by if needed and there are numerous restaurants in town. Annecy is a beautiful town! Staff at the hotel were very pleasant, the room was a good size and it was quiet at night.

Our only concern were the dirty plates at breakfast. Each morning we would have to seach for a clean one from the pile and we werent alone in doing this.

The bathroom had no space for soap bag etc. There were no mirrors other than the one in the bathroom. The choice of menu in the evening was very limited.

it had enough facilities for a one or two night stay, pool made the difference and the reception staff (Lady) was very friendly and helpful especially when I left some of my clothes in the wardrobe and had to get the posted on to me!! senior moment!! good two days thank you. Mike & Julie Begg

some of the staff may need some training in customer service as very new and very young! but we all need to start somewhere!!

Dinner and breakfast were very good for quality, choice and value. Very friendly and helpful staff. Venue was quiet. Easy parking.

For people wanting to be close to Annecy centre - you need to drive to get to the areas you want to visit..

Room and bath room size are very good, well furnished and most quiet. A good address if you don't want to stay in the charming city center, where parking is more challenging.

The access signage from the road could need an improvement.

Location is a bit out of town but bus stop is close so it easy to get in and out. Free parking which is a bonus. We ate at the restaurant and food was great. Restaurant and bar staff very nice
