Location is perfect & offers walking access from the train station & also a comfortable stroll into the Old Town & Lake. We really enjoyed making use of the Hotel Terrace early in the evening to have our Chactuterie platter & Wine ...we were suprised each evening that we had the terrace to ourselves. Breakfast was a reasonable price at $13 Euro & offered a satisfactory array of choices. The view from our room & terrace across the beautiful garden, playground & churches was a bonus too ..we enjoyed watching French Life walk on by. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for your stay in Beautiful Annecy.

The late checkin procedures is not wholly trustworthy. The machine outside the entrance did not work and failed to respond to issue a room card to me when I did self checkin after 8:00 pm. I eventually had to call an emergency number and a staff came back to issue the room card to me. After than this, the stay is rather nice, and it us a good base to explore Annecy and other neighboring towns.

The Apparthotel was perfectly situated. 7 minutes easy walk from the train and bus station and a few minutes walk to shops and the old town. Customer service at reception was very warm and informative. The room was small (Studio) and compact but we knew that when we booked. It worked for us. It had everything you could need for a short stay. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchenette and table to sit plus good quality shower. Would not hesitate to stay again and recommend to others.

Very minor but the shower screen opens out towards the sink in order to gain entry to the shower itself. It is a bit of a tight squeeze to get past. It may prove tricky for larger people.

The hotel is centrally located in the old town next to the police station. Our room was on the ground floor, overlooking the car park, so we anticipated some street noise; however, it was very quiet. The staff were very friendly. Their English was limited as was our French, but with patience and good humour, we were able to communicate with each other successfully.

The bed was comfortable, but the bed covering was too thick and weighty for summer. A top sheet or lighter covering on the bed would have guaranteed a more comfortable night's sleep.

When arrived at the hotel at about 6 pm there was nobody there, the door was closed and we felt lost - after a long flight of more than 10 hours and a long drive from Zurich. We tried to call from our mobile phone but did not succeed. Then a guest came out of the door and agreed to help us - we were lucky , the guest called for us a local number, someone replied but was not very kind although we spoke French. We looked for the key according to his instructions inside the building and could not find the location of the box - only later in the conversation it turned out there was a machine outside the building, the hotel clerk did not say so from the beginning but seemed rather upset all the time as if we did something wrong and wasted his time.

This is my new favorite place in Annecy (we go every summer). The location right is on the edge of the Old Town, the air conditioning was incredible (we stayed in July), the room had modern amenities but still charm, and the staff was incredibly helpful. I must stress again how great the air conditioning was. We had just spent a week at a nearby apartment with a struggling wall-mounted Air Conditioning unit. So to have this place with amazing central air and separate thermostats for the living room and bedroom was incredible. July had days at 32C or 33C, so 23C in the room was lovely. We actually kept it at 25C/26C, but we confirmed it could drop the temperature to 23C with no problem (experiment after the hot week at the apartment). We also really appreciated a super helpful staff member storing our luggage and prioritizing cleaning our room since we arrived quite early. He went above and beyond. Separate toilet and shower room was a nice touch, and the mini kitchen was convenient. We will stay here on every future trip. I can't say enough how much we loved it (especially after quite imperfect stays at both hotels and apartments nearby). Love this place.

We were on the 6th floor I think and facing the road. So there was outside noise. Some was construction, so that is I'm sure rare and can't be stopped by even the best windows. But we did hear some traffic too. So I would probably request a room facing the garden or away from the road. Hopefully, they have 1-bedrooms in that direction. Also you'll need to reserve parking ahead of time or use a nearby public lot. We used the lake parking since we had been in an apartment that direction. This hotel suggested the postal parking I believe. Obviously, I wish it was a little cheaper, but it's worth the money. For sure.

The photos in the ad do not do justice to the studio apartment -- the room was so much nicer! It seemed newly renovated, clean, bright, and so comfortable. We loved the windows that opened up to a courtyard near a church. There were gardens and people walking dogs. The location of the apartment is perfect - a ten or less minute walk from the main train station, and then just a few steps away from the "old town", restaurants, shops, and lovely Annecy Lake. We did a load laundry too!

The apartment was top notch with all the facilities that were needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention about Lisa the receptionist who sourced a fan for us for the room since I have claustrophobia issues. We were unable to communicate in French to our hotel reception in Chamonix so she voluntarily pitched in and sorted our issue which took her almost 25 minutes.. and she did it with a smile. So apart from the hotel being the best in Annecy it was Lisa who added that personal touch, which made our stay memorable and will love to visit again.

It was our best stay

Nice, modern apartment in the middle of the old town of Annecy. Right behind the church, so it tends to be quiet at nicht. The have different style rooms, and I picked the modern version which was a bit more expensive, but definitely worth it. Also great if you are travelling with your dog: They were very friendly, and it was no problem that we had a large dog. Very comfortable bed, and nice sheets and pillows. Make sure to reserve parking in advance, though, becuase it fills up fast.

Good size room with a small amount of storage space. Adequate for our purposes. Small functional kitchen area. We used the fridge, kettle, microwave and sink, but not the cooktop, however good to have these options if you are staying for a few days or longer. Breakfast was quite good and we also used the balcony area for eating. There was a small supermarket nearby where we got a few snacks and drinks for the fridge. Balcony was a nice spot for our appetif in the evening. The hotel is just on the edge of the old town so only a few minutes to find restaurants, cafe’s and shops. The lake is also only about 5 minutes walk. If you get in early you may be able to book a parking spot at the hotel, otherwise you will have to park about 7-8 minutes walk away. The hotel will give you a voucher to reduce your parking cost. We paid 13EURO for 3n/4d. We did the weekend markets, plus a lake boat cruise and also hired bikes to ride the 426kms around the lake. Less accomplished cyclists might prefer an e-bike. On the cruise and the bike you can see the castle painted by Paul Cezanne

Fitness centre was quite small. There could be some more free weights, as well as towels and a water cooler.
