The location was great, just a few minutes walk from the lake and many streets filled with shops and restaurants, and even a shopping mall. It is also a few minutes walk from the train station, hence just a great location, especially for people without personal vehicles. The AC rooms were great, had all the amenities along with complementary bottle of water. The staff were really kind and helpful. The service to hold baggage before check in and after check out is absolutely fantastic! We were able to store our luggage safely outside of booking hours and enjoy the city with ease.

Hotel was very conveniently located to the centre of the old town & had a great cafe just downstairs. When our safe didn't work they kindly transferred us to another room on the floor above. The only thing with the new room was it was located next to the lift so you could hear the lift during the night (although it did not keep us awake but we wondered what the noise was on the first night).

Being located next to the lift. Having to leave our key at reception when leaving the hotel, we like the freedom to just come & go as we please without always having to stop at reception.

I liked the location it was very central! The room was spacious and comfortable The staff specially bastien were very friendly! We stayed for one night and wished there was availability for an extension!

The fact that the toilet is separate from the sink and bathtub. You have to carry the luggage by yourself but there is an elevator and the receptionist was kind enough to help us with our luggage from the car to the elevator!

The location is the main attractive point to the hotel + it's got on site parking for their guest (paid) The rooms are decently sized and were comfortable.

2 main things that we didn't quite like. 1) Parking entry was incredibly narrow, if you do get the parking on site please drive slowly into the basement. 2) The value for money, we feel the price of the stay was quite high.

The room was spacious, tidy, and well appointed. Breakfast was ample served in a bright, large breakfast room. Location is right in the middle of everything - the lake and Pont Des Amours were a 5 minute walk, the Palais d’Isle and old town just a few steps away, restaurants and shops are just outside the hotel.

Great welcome, lovely staff, fab location, and generally, a super location to explore Annecy... Most comfortable bed ever....separate loo and bathroom worked for us. Great value too!

You might find the garage a struggle if you have anything bigger than a Ford Focus....but if that's my biggest gripe?.....

Fantastic Room, Great location, very central, only a few minutes walk from the lake , the old town and the train station, the reception team were very friendly and helpfull .the room was a good size very quiet and a lovely big bed ! And extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again !

Nothing I didn't like

Location was excellent. Staff was better than any hotel we have ever stayed in! The coffee and tea facility near reception was top notch. Roma’s clean and so was bathroom. We liked everything about this hotel. It was very thoughtful of the managireak staff to put a disposable container in coffee/tea tray for used tea bags! Super thoughtfulness and only hotel, I have ever stayed in,to do it!

When we liked everything, there was nothing to dislike.

Location of hotel very close to train and bus station. Room which I upgraded to a slightly bigger one at 30 euros was good and quiet. Staff at front desk quite friendly.

Breakfast could be better with more selections. There was no milk in the room to have a good cup of tea or coffee. The window shades were complicated to work just like some of the lighting in the room.

The staff were awesome. Location was outstanding…easy to walk to the heart of the city and the main park by the lake. Easy to find and access by car. The garage had direct elevator to the lobby and rooms. The breakfast was delightful and they kept a Nespresso machine in the lobby for anytime coffee.

No complaints.
