So central. Easy parking. Close to Old Town and Lake. Next to Moponpris supermarket for a great grab and go breakfast. Love the concept of aparthotel, super combination. Perfect for families.

The location is excellent, close to everything we needed, and very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, always welcoming and available when we had questions. Also, the Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable

Firstly, the elevator was out of service during my stay, which made it quite inconvenient as we had to use the stairs every time, which took a lot of time and effort. Secondly, the room wasn’t very well soundproofed — we could clearly hear the noise from the street, which affected our comfort.

It was ideal for what we wanted as a base in Annecy. Very clean, great apartment which had everything you could want to be comfortable. Close to a shopping centre and supermarket, 5 minutes from the train station. Nice stroll into the old town and the lake - 10-12 minutes walk.

Unfortunately it was close to a busy road, with noisy motorcycles and scooters. Luckily at night it did quieten down and with the doors closed it wasn’t so bad.

Great location - only a 5 min walk to the centre / 10 mins to the lake and the main restaurants. We read other reviews complaining about the location but I really don’t understand why you’d complain about the location!! Right next to a good underground car park which was c€12 for 24 hours which we thought was reasonable. (The hotel car parking spaces were full). The room was fairly compact but fine for the 4 of us for 2 nights - 2 adults / 2 kids on pull out beds which they found comfortable. There is a useful divider that you can pull across to separate the adults / kids sleeping areas. We didn’t use the hob etc but looked fine. Breakfast was good - small spread but had everything we wanted and the football table and big connect 4 etc went down well with the kids.

Having the toilet separate to the bathroom with no sink in there is slightly strange but not a big deal.

The location makes this easy to find and a short walk from the train station. When we arrived the hotel staff were really happy and welcoming. Our room was perfect, clean, comfortable and we had plenty of space with an added kitchen etc. Its close to everything to need, 5 min walk to the old town and 7 min walk to the lake. The shopping in Annecy is amazing with all the brands and high street stores like Zara/HM just across the road in a shopping mall. There is a nice bar in the hotel across the street called the Craic.

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful and I even received a bottle of local wine for my birthday. We had a 30m2 apartment which was very well designed with a small kitchenette and a living area separate from the sleeping area. It had Japanese style screens which slid across to separate the areas. The underground parking has direct access to the lift and to the apartments. It is just a short walk from the centre of Annecy and five minutes from the old town and the lake.

A great place to stay during the summer - close to all main attractions, good quality, and very hospitable staff. The lobby feels like a living room area, with endless water, coffee, tea, and cosy atmosphere, once in a while accompanied by piano sounds.

Apartment cleaning is rather rare, and the night’s sleep can easily be disturbed by the busy street noise.

Location was very good. Close to the train and bus stations. A shopping centre with. Great supermarket less than 5 minutes away. Very close to the old town and lake. The units had a kitchen and it was good to have a microwave

The shower head was not able to be it on the wall properly , so it was just like a hand shower. There was mould on the grout in the shower. The air conditioning didn’t work.

The hotel was perfectly situated, just a stone's throw away from the Train/Bus station which was handy when flying in from Geneva. The staff were so pleasant & helpful & always smiled & greeted us. The room was huge with a separate bed and lounge/kitchen area. All very well equipped if you wanted to cook some basics. Big spacious balcony with table & chairs. Big walk in shower & a bath with a separate toilet. There is a free Coffee & a huge selection of fresh tea in reception available 24/7 which was welcome as Annecy is pretty costly. We didn't bother with the breakfast as we were generally full up from the night before but it was available on request. We also thought that the free table football, games, books, water & sometimes croissants were a lovely touch. Overall very good value for money.

Everything was perfect for us but some may find the noise outside a bit loud during the evening. But I think this was mostly revellers from the bar opposite 'Le Craic' who had been watching the French World Cup Rugby games so fair enough. I think the AC system could be a bit more powerful, fine for us most of the time (during mid Sept) but it would have been different in the peak season.

Great location, a short walk to the old town. Nice room and comfortable bed. The staff are friendly and speak English.

When we arrived we were given the key to someone else's room! This was a bit of a shock (for the existing occupant as well!) and I panicked thinking we have been double booked and there is no room for us! Thankfully it got sorted out and the staff were apologetic. The hairdryer is rubbish, bring your own.
