the location was perfect for the bus station, train station and was 5 mins walk from Annecy old town. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful, assisted me with travel information when needed and translation.

The sheets were not changed, there was a mark on the flat sheet and the dovet cover, the marks were there the whole 5 nights i was there. I had to ask for my tea and coffee facilities to be replenished. Certain areas in the room had not been dusted for a while, the top of the headboard, the oval light on the wall. I was a solo traveller but booked a double room, it was on the small side, glad I didn't book a single room. There were no drawers in the room, just 6 hangers, had to keep some stuff in my suitcase and drape some clothes over the back of a wooden chair.

We stayed a week here with our tour then added an extra night on through booking.com. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but the shower and bathroom had spots of mould and needed a decent clean. The rest of the hotel and room was clean and tidy. Fresh towels and bed made daily. Fresh and warm breads, croissants, fresh fruit, eggs and local cheeses served for breakfast. Great location near the station and the main shopping and dining area. Staff didn’t mind that we took our bikes into our room and offered alternative storage solutions.

Bathroom needed a decent scrub down.

The location was top, very close to the old town and most of the attractions and it was 5 minutes walking from the central station for trains and busses. The staff were very nice, friendly and spoke very good English. The room was big and clean and had everything we needed including a kettle, coffee and tea.

Our room was on the 4th floor and the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor, so we had to carry our big luggages upstairs (the gentleman at the reception offered to help us though). The room in front of us was very loud and noisy, and there is no good isolation for the sound in the rooms, so we couldn’t sleep till 1am. There was also a noisy construction work in the morning.

It's the wonderful option if you want something simple for a good price and you want to be in the city center. 1. Location is perfect, it's just 3 minutes from the railway and bus station and you're in the city center already. The area is safe and full of stores, restaurants and supermarkets. 2. Staff was very friendly, helped us with the luggage, we truly appreciate it. 3. The room was very spacious. The design is simple but fine for us, so we enjoyed our stay there. Special thanks for the free hot chocolate near the reception, it was awesome to drink something hot when we were waiting for our bus. We'll be back one day for sure!

Everything was great! The only disadvantage is that we were located pretty high and once we get from the elevator we needed to use the stairs to go up to the next floor, so if you have issues with the knees, it'll be not easy. But the staff helped us with the luggage, so we appreciate it :)

Great location close to Annecy rail station, attractions and downtown. We stayed in the top level (4th floor) for three nights. That floor seemed added to since no elevator access. It was quiet. We felt comfortable to live there. The front desk staff seemed friendly and logged our requests such as for towels, toilet paper and coffee/teas.

The cleaning team was willing to bring whatever we requested. But they refused to clean our room even we just requested them to clean our bathroom.

Stairs at entrance a bit difficult w luggage. Entrance and desk quite small and crowded when people storing luggage ( early arrival/ late departure). But that is minor. Staff were helpful even keeping food items in fridge for me. Very cheerful sort of place. In warmer weather might have used the terrace outside breakfast room. Hugs bathroom even with a tub.

Absolutely everything was perfect. I am an Airbnb person but in Annecy the same price apartment just doesn’t worth it. For me there are several things that matter: quality of bed, temperature in the room, good shower and light. This hotel meets all of them and more. All the stuff just the nicest people on earth, smily, sweet and welcoming, they happy help with everything you need. It felt better then any luxury hotel can fell for the really normal and reasonable price. I was in love with that place. The room was warm, the bed was very good, mattresses and pillows. The shower is big and the mirror light in the shower very well. The location just perfect!! Very good and beautiful neighborhood, the train station just around the corner, all the old city is there because the train station just 3 min walk from the old city. Or it is the old city. It’s 10 min of a beautiful walk to the lake, so wherever you wanna go it’s just right there. I was very pleased and would definitely come again.

Usually I’m just sleeping in the room, so there were nothing that I needed and it wasn’t there.

We stayed for one night on our way from southern France to Chamonix and enjoyed it a lot! We arrived early so we were very happy to hear that our left luggage would be moved into our room while we explored the town before check-in (very good service). The location was amazing for us, which is right next to the train station and just a few blocks away from the main areas of Annecy. On arrival we returned our car to the train station, and we left on a bus from the very same spot the day after, so it was just super convenient. Right next to the hotel there were interesting design shops and explorable pathways, so it was nice to walk around. The room was clean and large enough for our group.

Our room had a wall-mounted hair dryer in the bathroom that was constantly making a loud electric hissing sound. It wasn't pleasant to stay in the bathroom for more than a few minutes. It would've been nice to unplug it, but that wasn't possible. The dryer itself also didn't work.

Proximity to the old town, lake, restaurants and shops. Annecy is pretty remarkable. The hotel was more than adequate for our needs. Comfortable beds, good size room, warm and clean. Parking is conveniently close by if you are travelling by car. It is pretty much a walk up so think twice if you have any mobility issues (there is a small lift up to the 3rd floor but not to the 4th). The staff were wonderful and were very patient with our bad french however their English is excellent if you need it.

The staff where all brilliant and couldn’t be more helpful 🤩 Breakfast was lovely Location is fantastic I love that they give 3 euro to charity if you don’t have your room cleaned everyday

I would of liked a fridge in my room but the lovely staff let me use there’s so that’s just something I would of liked not a complaint I also think that the coffee machine needs replacing as it keeps breaking :(
