This lovely gem of a hotel is located just a 10 minute walk from restaurants and the old centre of Annecy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, including a slightly early check-in. The breakfast was extensive and tasty, quite exceptional. The room was a good size with modern facilities. The hotel has a lift to upper floors. There is parking available for an extra fee, but is well worth the cost. There is a nice garden attached for summer relaxation.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, quite surprisingly, as all the other buildings were residential. It's very close to the train or bus station (10mins) and to the old town, without being noisy or disturbed by the thongs of tourists in Annecy. The hotel has a terrace facing a nice and quiet backyard - several guests had breakfast on the terrace, and I saw some guests lounging under the trees in the backyard. Breakfast was delicious, with variety between sweet and savory items. The room was a good size, with roll-down shutters which provided for darkness and further quiet; bathroom was a decent size, with toilet in a separate "closet", which is so French and wonderful. The staff - all of them a delight! The owner Sarah welcomed me with a huge smile, and spent quite a bit of time helping me with "the things to do around Annecy", while marking a map that she later gave me. Throughout my stay, everyone was so friendly. I loved the place! One more thing: the hotel rents both regular and e-bikes by the day!

A small and very comfortable hotel with a lot of very tasteful features and an expert personal touch / feel. Everything in the reception, small lounge and breakfast room was modern and stylish, quite obviously decorated and dressed by someone with very good taste. Secure Parking was available in the hotels own private car park at the rear of the property. The breakfast was typically French with good variety and everything of a very high quality. The staff on reception / breakfast service were excellent. Our room was on the small side, exceptionally clean, with crisp white bed linen. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of hanging space and hangers. Air conditioning. Bedside tables and lights. Shutters to the window. Tea and coffee making facility with herbal tea bags, no black tea with milk. The whole atmosphere in and around the hotel was calm and peaceful to say it was so close to the town centre. 15 minutes walk to the old town centre passing through a large shopping centre with shops like Zara made it an interesting walk. In the town centre itself there were also a lot of lovely boutique shops with clothes at reasonable prices, bars, coffee shops, pattiseries, etc. Overall it had a vibrant, bustling feel. There was no shortage of good quality restaurants ranging from €15 - €40 for a main course, right in the heart of the town, depending on your taste and pocket.

Our room was a little small compared to the room our friends had. Both were booked as the same category of room.

Great location right outside the old town. Easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the lake. Parking is available with reservation. The parking area is conveniently located and easy to use if you are using your car. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with plenty of storage for a few days, and there was a fridge in the room.

Hotel was a great find, incredible location next to the station and near to the things we needed. A short walk to the old town Breakfast was great, staff were super friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and comfortable, it wasn't a glitzy fancy hotel but charming and friendly, spotless and quiet

I stayed for two nights with my husband and we both loved this hotel! At less than 10 min walking distance from the train station, the hotel is very well situated, but it was on a calm street so we didn't hear any noise. The breakfast on the garden was the highlight of our stay -- breakfast was delicious and plentiful (cheeses, eggs, bread, fruits, juices) and the garden was lovely and peaceful. Every single personnel was so friendly and helpful, and we felt very welcome here. They even rent bikes (e-bikes and normal), which we rented for a beautiful bike ride along the lake. I would stay here again if I stayed in Annecy!

Lovely, attractive and well appointed hotel, good spacious room and convenient for walking into Annecy, Parking area was quite cramped but a space was available for us. Plenty of choice for breakfast and good quality.

Although the staff were professional and efficient, they were rather aloof and not particularly friendly. Apart from at check in, the receptionists didn't acknowledge us once. Nobody was very communicative.

Wonderful comfortable boutique hotel with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was very good, and looking out at a garden was a bonus. Quiet location, parking available but best for small to medium cars . We really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were just a little small but we had a lot of luggage as travelling a long time. It's not a really negative issue unless you need more space. I'd stay again if I went back to Annecy

It’s a lovely small family run hotel with a beautiful shady garden and terrace. The location is central and it’s an easy walk from the railway and bus stations, local transport to the lake etc. Set in a very quiet neighbourhood with shops and little restaurants nearby. Breakfast was a showcase of local produce and I sat outside on the terrace and enjoyed it.

If you want an authentic French experience then this family run hotel is the place to go! The courtyard was so beautiful and having your breakfast surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers while listening to bird song was a highlight. Staff and food were great! Highly recommend. Was within walking distance to everything and it took me 10 min to walk to and fro bus/train station.
