Room was a bit small but having twin beds made that more noticeable. Bathroom and shower good. We were right by the lift on the top floor but hardly heard any noise despite hotel being pretty full. Breakfast very good too. Slightly out of town centre but we really enjoyed the walk along the river, about 15 mins to lake. So all round would stay again.

Decor a bit tired and balcony tatty and poorly furnished.

For the price you pay, this is a great and more affordable option to stay in Annecy. It’s a 15 min walk to the lake which we liked as it’s a lovely walk. Bed was comfy, loved the blackout blinds and free breakfast was amazing to be included in room price. Overall, can’t complain about my stay, it ticked all boxes for us. Staff were also very kind, we left our luggage there all day and it felt very secure.

Excellent breakfast with the bonus of free tea and coffee at all times. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The underground parking (if a little tight!) was very useful as parking in Annecy is difficult.

The walk from the hotel into the centre was very pleasant along the river but a little long, late in the day! For us the pillows were too soft!

Had a stunning view of the mountains from my balcony and breakfast was good. The location is also ideal because it is a 10 minute walk to Old Town Annecy. It also took me 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to Annecy Central bus station where I caught a Flixbus back to Geneva Switzerland.

There was a constant humming noise from the air vents. It was difficult to sleep with the noise

Nice hotel, close to Central Station. This hotel located in a quiet area, 20 min by foot to the lake promenade, 10 to old town. Clean, room has a balcony , very good breakfast, stuff was nice and friendly. Nice view from the balcony. High quality tea/coffee all day

The room was fairly large, clean.and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was substantial and you can make hot drinks at any time in the breakfast area. The hotel is a leisurely 10 min walk from the train and bus stations. You can walk along the river into town.

There was no kettle in the room so you had to go downstairs to make a hot drink. On the first night there was a light over the air conditioning unit which lit up the room. Oddly this seemed to go off on its own.

Great value. Fabulous breakfast and availability of water and beverages during the day. Spacious bathroom with choice of shower or great tub. Great Vietnamese restaurant close by.

Needed two pillows for comfort. Not in touristy area need to be careful at night.

Receptionist very friendly on arrival and helpful. Breakfast very good and lots of choice. Near to bus station.

Pillows in room were too soft, bed was ok though. We did not realise there was a button for the blinds until the 2nd night so slept with them open on 1st night. Also would've been nice to have a bar as there was no atmosphere. The walk from the hotel to the centre was a bit too far only about 15 mins but doing this twice every day became tedious. Returning to the hotel late at night felt uncomfortable due lack of lighting, ong the river as there were not enough lights and they seemed dimmed. Maybe busier in peak season but we found the path quite lonely and foreboding.

The room was comfortable with a spacious balcony. The breakfast also offered a good choice.

The area around the train station is not the best, like in most cities. I don't know if I would stay in this area again.

The room was basic but was clean had everything you need. The breakfast a great selection and always replenishing. Great location walking distance to center and lake 10-15 minutes. Very friendly and helpful staff having parking garage was great
