The room was nice and clean. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking, utensils and a working fridge. Bed was confortable. There was a desk in front of the room with a TV, another foldable table, and little night stands on both sides of the bed. There was also a jar with some goods inside: coffee, sugar, tea, and some snacks to nibble on which was pretty nice. We also had a terrace which we didn't really use but it could be nice on a sunny day. There was a closet to put the clothes on and a rack to dry clothes. We had a bathtub which I requested and it was perfect. The walk to the city center is around 10-15 mins which is alright. We checked-in after reception hours and it was easy to get the keys with the automatic key dispenser. Staff was nice as well.

There was no hairdryer but it was no big deal, I missed to read that they don't have one.

There was a near catastrophe on Sunday when we arrived. The room key box did not open for us. The emergency number , we called three times but was hopeless. We would have to wait for reception to sort things on Monday. We were about to book elsewhere for the night. when someone who worked there helped us out. This short description does not relay our absolute despair at one stage. The lady who helped us was our saviour. You fly for and drive for several hours and then cannot access the room!!!!!!!!

The checking/ parking was easy with the code received for both before arrival.There is a key box inside the reception where you tap the code and find the key inside, the light lits up above where your one is also the return of the key is in the same box, just follow the instructions. It was very spacious, with a balcony, very clean. They were two stand up fans which we used as it was very hot. It is walking distance to the old town around 15-20 min, which is quite nice. The little Kitchen was also useful to have.

We had a one room apartment and that made our life easier while travelling with a toddler. There is also a common washing machine on the ground floor which we used for just 3.50 euros.

The breakfast was very simple. On the last day we have to take out the trash and collect all towels and sheets in a bag. While checking out at 10 am. It was a bit difficult with a toddler.

Great location, 15 minutes walk from the old town, clean apartment with balcony and mountain view. Very quite complex, some refreshments provided. Helpful staff at reception who recommended us driving to the ski red for a view of Mont Blanc, fabulous. Boulangerie and supermarket and lovely bar Mado within 5 minutes walk.

The staff is very friendly and the location is near from the center. Our apartment had a fridge, a cooking space and an eating table, which we used as an opportunity to eat there, when we were too tired to go out.

At the time of our stay it was very hot outside and there is unfortunately no air conditioning. Overall the interiour has a functonable state but is a little run-down.

We were very happy with the room, both comfortable and modern. It was impeccable clean, and it has all the amenities needed. The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful with touristy advices and commuting information from Annecy to our further destinations. Located at walking distance from the old city and transport lines, including the rail and regional bus stations. Nearby, we could find convenience stores and eateries. Very good!

Nothing, it has exceeding our expectations.

It was clean and well maintained. They have a system to get the keys on your own on a late arrival which worked really well. It’s close the main train station (15mins ) walk so it was easier to commute to the attractions by public transportation.

Thé studio was very clean, well equipped and the bed very comfortable. Parking was available and it was a dog friendly hotel. The welcome was friendly and Charly on reception was helpful with eating out info. un

The breakfast room is very small and not a lot of choice for the price.

If You do not comply the 30€ fee is charged. Free carparking is available nearby. Paid option 8€ is ok too.. Beautiful view from the room

It is unexpected, that You need to remove sheets, and remove garbage from the room. I did not see this information in booking. 1 TV remote is not working.
