Good room, lovely and clean, the staff were very friendly, super easy check-in which suited our late arrival well.

Awkward to get to on foot, although there is a longer route via the river which is nice, the 3 (bus) is pretty frequent and it was free. It goes quite late on weekdays too.

Great location, friendly staff, and very convenient with free parking and electric car charging stations. The room was clean and check-in was super easy. A peaceful place to relax after exploring Annecy!

Only one tiny thing—I missed having a little bathroom mat. My feet went from “vacation mode” to “ice skating mode” after the shower!

when you travel alone and often, finding a welcoming handwritten post it message makes you really feel at home never happened in years of travels made the difference ìreally and of course very clean and cozy even though essential niced dinner excellent breakfast exceptionally placed near Annecy and super price, especially for the season

The staff were excellent throughout our stay . The Manager set an excellent example.. The buffet breakfast, was very good, plentiful with good variety. Rooms were spotless, tidy and comfortable.. Good bus service into town.

Nothing. Much better than most Campanile hotels we have stayed in.

Value for money, clean, comfortable, quiet, excellent restaurant and very friendly and helpful staff.

Location bit out of town but not a show stopper. Some folk might stuggle up the hill walking back, but there was a bus stop not far from the hotel with busses very 15mins or so

this hotel was being renovated but is caused no problems. the staircase was temporary up to the room. the room was modernised and the bed turned round from usual lay out. this was very good and gave much more space with the TV on the wall also. the manager was excellent.

we had our evening meal in the restaurant. the menu was not straight forward. we chose the meat/steak and it was very poor.

Easy check in service. We enjoyed having some extras like soap and towels, some coffee. Room size was perfect with VERY comfortable beds. They also served a good breakfast.

Probably the location is a bit noisy from the road for those looking for a quiet getaway. Just an easy place to stop over for the night.

Absolutely beautiful and cosy, comfortable bed, very clean, environmentally friendly soaps. They had left a hand written message to welcome us. 6 minutes drive from the magical center of Annecy. Near the highway, very easy to find. Private parking in front of the room. Nit breakfast.

Comfy beds and pillows and really good breakfast choice. Very nice staff. We arrived in the hotel about 6 hours earlier before the planned check in time and we were allowed to use our room and facilities.

The TV didn't work. But then again I don't really like French tv so not important. I read and listened to music instead. Wifi is good.
