The host is very nice and friendly In the heart of old city I would say a bit expensive, with all discounts we paid 150 out of 300 Nice view The bed is exceptional, adjustable for back and feet And the shower which has a built in sauna is really nice Breakfast really good Would be useful some instruction on how to use Apple TV, sauna from the shower and I didn’t know how to use the HiFi Bose speaker

To really fulfill the 5 star I would recommend the following: -cleaning in detail the dust and the web on the ceiling -a smart TV would be a plus -shower to be deep cleaned because mold starts to appear(probably because of the built in sauna)

Very comfortable large room in a different levels so enough space for a family of 4. Very cosy. You do not hear anything from the streets although you are staying at the centre of the city. It is only a few 100 meters from everything. And it is has a public underground parking in front of the appartement. Breakfast basket was amazing with fresh yoghurt, juices, chocolate milk, bread, croissants and pain au chocolate. Just top.

Nothing. Maybe the parking spaces are quite small and when it is busy difficult to find a spot.

Great location. Air conditioning was a big plus as it allowed us to be in a central spot without all the noise. Breakfast was great and it was nice to have it in our apartment. Bed was comfy and the kitchen was well equipped and efficient for a small space.

Responsiveness to messages and requests was slow or nonexistent. Breakfast delivery window is very limited. The entry door sticks at about 7 inches open and is challenging. There should be some instructions for using the spa shower features.

The location was excellent. The car park is very close and is reasonably priced. Peter is a pleasure to deal with on check in, and could do enough for us.

Some things need to be addressed. The shower and one of the sinks in the bath room do not drain properly. The entrance door sticks and is difficult to open/close. The towel rad in the main bathroom did not heat up to help dry towels, fixtures such as the toilet roll holders are loose and can fall off.

Location right in the heart of the old town. Breakfast was really generous-sufficient for both breakfast and lunch. Very well appointed apart hotel with small kitchen and dining area. Above a cafe where the friendly owners and staff act as reception and liaison during your stay. Fully adjustable beds are offered- possibly gimmicky.

Some of the technology is old and not explained enough to use. Recommend visitors to download Sonos S1 (older) app if you want to connect to speakers. The spa shower takes some working out too. Not sure the ‘wine fraiche’ works but the fridge is very useful. No kettle provided but pans are provided.

Great location right in the middle of the old town. Parking next door for 20euros a day. Place is lovely. Small but cute. Good aircon. Good beds. Nice steam shower. Exactly as per pictures. When we arrived we couldn’t get in using the øcode we had but they responded quickly and the restaurant next door helped us in within 5-10 min. There is a lift to get to the apartment.

No microwave or kettle. Not an issue for us though.

This was a perfect place to stay in Annecy. Located right in the centre of the Old Town in a nice square. The owners run the coffee shop below & were very friendly & pleasant. We loved the breakfast basket delivered each day with a delighful selection of local products & more than enough for our needs.

We struggled to find the parking initially. Directions to this could be a little clearer.

A really lovely, very clean and modern apartment in the heart of Annecy, location could not be better. Owner was easy to deal with after a change of check in time and took his time to show us around the apartment. Split over two levels the recently converted apartment has been built to a very high specification, specifically the shower which is an experience on it's own! Bed was very comfy but unfortunately as we were only there for a one night stop over we never really got to use the kitchen and lounge areas which were fully equipped and very inviting with a gas fire. Great place to stay.

Check in was stated to be until 20:30 but we got a call at 18:00 to say the latest checkin was 19:00 and we were an hour away!

We stayed just one night at a discounted rate, so it was fine — but be aware: this is not a hotel. It’s more like an Airbnb, with no reception, no breakfast, and no services. At full price, you could find a better Airbnb, even with a washing machine. The listing is very misleading — this is simply not a hotel.
