Nice neat & clean . The family room nice & spacious. Arrived just before the receptionist takes off for her day. But she was very welcoming & even after a bit language barrier made sure I understand how to enter the premise & the room etc.

Good location convenient and free parking no hassle check In Young Lady on front desk was par excellence and was always attentive to the children which was nice to see

Nothing we didn't like

room was excellent, very clean, quit for sleeping. Room well maintained

Very close to highway and also close to Aix-les-Bains. good option if you look for a stop over. clean, easy to find, safe and overall convenient for a night.

Some one smoked cigarettes next Window so our room got smelly too. (Not the fault of the Hotel..)

The bed was quite comfortable, the duvet not too heavy and the room temperature good.

Large room, well suited for a family with two children on a road trip, for a 1-night stay. Close to motorway.

It was very cold in the room, and the radiator did not have the capacity to heat up the room. Bedding was limited, especially for the bunk bed. For some reason that bed did not come with comforter/duvet, but with a regular blanket, and it was not as warm in that bed. There were no extra blankets to make my daughter more comfortable.

Good value. For one night on our way to southern France it was perfect but obviously you would not to vacation in a hotel like that.
