The room was large and comfortable and cleaned daily. There was a lot of drawers, closet space and storage to unpack and stay organized. Kettle and small fridge were also included. The breakfast was really nice. Location was close to the center of town and about a 30 minute walk to the lake. It was a nice relaxing stay.

I would have preferred the toilet closet had a switch instead of automatically coming on when the door is open. The light is very bright and makes it harder to get back to sleep.

Onsite parking was excellent. Staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. It was a short walk into the centre of town. The bed was very comfortable and the fan was essential in hot weather. Breakfast was delicious and good value.

Although the hotel is close to the town, the hill coming home might deter some people. The restaurant only offered a light meal at dinner time and required a reservation.

Room (suite) was very spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast, well worth €13. Had evening meal on one night. Not a massive choice, but excellent value for money. Good choice of games available for guests, especially loved the table football. Ample parking. All staff very friendly.

Only moan was that the hotel didn't tell us on check-in that they offer a scheme whereby if you stay for more than one night and agree not to have your room made up, they will make a donation to charity for the savings made. We would definitely have agreed to this.

The old building beautifully modernised - lots of original features mixed with interesting new ones. Easy to find and good parking - close proximity to town and restaurants, so could walk from hotel. Nice garden to sit in, which was great in the sunshine. Staff really nice and very helpful. Comfy bed. Really good breakfast

Bedroom was a bit too warm but it was exceptionally warm weather for April when we were there.

This is an attractive hotel in a great location close to the centre of Aix Les Bains with plenty of free parking. Good value for money with a really excellent choice at breakfast. Staff pleasant and helpful. Shower brilliant!

The weather was extremely hot during our stay and whilst the lounge and dining areas of the hotel have air conditioning our room did not. However the fan provided worked effectively

This is a very nice modern conversion of an old building. Our room had a big TV and a fridge , tall windows and high ceilings. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was very good. There was also a secure locked room for bike storage.

There was nothing we didn’t like but one thing was unusual: the hotel has a restaurant with a very limited fixed price menu for lunch and dinner. The lunch is bigger and more expensive than the dinner (which was soup and a cheese plate the night we were there.)

Very nice hotel, in the style of a traditional hotel of medium size. Clean and room was decent size with a view overlooking the hotel garden and a cathedral. It was lovely to sit in the garden in the evening with a glass of wine and read for a while. The hotel has parking, though we arrived by train but worth knowing.

The hotel is within walking distance of the SNCF train station, though it is a lot of uphill walking for 10 to 15 mins, depending on how fast you walk and how much weight you are pulling in your suitcase. But without the luggage, it is close to the main city square and walk street.

Good location near the city centre, enough parking, nice and fancily decorated hotel. Room was rather large, comfy bed and shower, ... Breakfast was plenty and high quality, the staff really friendly (especially being in France). Premium hotel for sure.

For some reason, the door to the hallway lacks decent sound insulation: people can be heard talking in the hallway. It didn't bother at all, but it stands out since the rest was almost perfect.

The hotel is exceptionally clean. The family room we stayed in was very spacious and had all one needs for a cosy one night stay. We liked the idea of having a kettle to make tea or coffee in the room. Breakfast is great value for money (13 euros), featuring local products of superior quality.

Well maintained location, offered a family room. Great breakfast selection and very friendly people working at the hotel. Late arrival on short notice was flawlessly organised and they started the car charger automatically in the morning - great service! Hotel itself is in an older building, well maintained with attention to detail. Rooms and furniture are not the most modern, but it absolutely met our expectations.
