Excellent breakfast, maybe a little pricey but fresh and quality products. Location is just perfect close to most restaurants, the Valvital thermes and many other things to do in the city center. Au Lac room was very spacious and well furnished, with beautiful terrace. Public parking optional (with private car place and pass for the hotel residents) which is a luxury in city center. Very helpful and kind staff (ask Maud for restaurant suggestions !), Would definitely recommend this place !

Nothing big... maybe just no lift available, for us was no issue but consider it when packing your suitcase ;) Bed comfort was ok but too soft for us

Clean, nicely furnished, comfortable room, good shower, nice breakfast.

Four flights of stairs to our room and no lift. Complicated check-in system wouldn’t accept our debit card so had to use a credit card thereby incurring extra charges. And somehow the cost of the room ended up more than we had originally signed up for, so the room, and the breakfast, were not as good value as we would have liked.

We wake up to late for breakfast, so no comment on that topic. We were pleaseantly received at the hotel door (a bit confusing on how to get in or call) and appreciated having our bags taken to the toom while I parked the car. The tea/beverage room was promptly attended to when we came back from dinner. Our hostes was wonderful.

Upon arrival we had trouble finding the hotel while driving, no clear place to park. We did make a last minute decision to stay in Aix le Bain, we chose the property based on Booking.com reviews, but didn't have time to really research it on our own, maybe we would have learned the details of what to do upon arrival.

Very nice hotel with a wonderful breakfast terrace. Wonderful beds and great room. Situated in the city but far from the lake. Very good parking possibilities in a parking garage. Very calm hotel.

Far from the lake. Some minor issues in the room (such as lamp in bathroom). Easy to hear your neighbours.

Beautifully decorated and smelled wonderful! Perfect location for town and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. They recommended things to do, places to go, restaurants we never would have found, made reservations for us. Had a wonderful breakfast on the terrace. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Not enough good things to be said!!!

Beautiful Boutique Hotel in Aix-les-Bains. Cool and comfortable room design - french with a modern twist. Nuxe bath essentials - shower and bath. Petit dejeuner that makes you ready for the day. Grande terrace very friendly and empathic manager.

The location is on a road in the city centre, with a parking close by at a charge.

A jewel! It‘s an awesome place. Everything was lovely -the staff, the well designed cosy room, the breakfast, the small details (e.g. the different good night sweets, the nuxe skin care products). Merci! We highly recommend this gem!

the rooms was extra ordinary, the breakfast was very nice and the hotel was very cozy, the staff was very friendly and professional the brands of the amenities was top they even leave for us desert every night in the room.

What a beautiful, comfortable hotel! We stayed at the Belle Epoch for our 10th wedding anniversary. Our room was gorgeous and so comfortable. The bed was heavenly. The decor was delightful. The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. (Shout out to Mathilde, who is so kind and thoughtful!). The location is perfect. we loved the terrace for coffee or drinks. Just a wonderful experience.

Excellent. Lovely staff and very beautiful hotel room. Immaculate. This is a new hotel (4 months old) the attention to detail was outstanding. We left our bags there and the staff put them in the rooms for us. The room was perfect, as was the hotel. We had the 15euro breakfast, which was lovely and plentiful ( croissants/ bread/ coffee/ oJ)
