The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Lots of choices everything very fresh. The bread and smoked salmon especially good! The location was lovely in a beautiful atrium. As the restaurant was closed on the night we were there we ate in the bar and the service was superb. The food was lovely small plates of charcuterie for example. The welcome from the staff and their fantastic customer service was amazing from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We had taken our dog with us and they even checked in that we had everything we needed for her stay and she'd been comfortable. The spa was very nice, particularly the sauna and jacuzzi.

Nothing. The location was further than we'd thought from the lake but it was walkable. Everything was great and we had a wonderful stay.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Our room was fairly small but it had a lovely terrace if only the weather had been better. The reception staff were great, they went in the car with my husband to goto the garage that holds larger cars - excellent as there is literally no where to park outside as it’s very busy

The bar looked really great but all the tables and barstools had been pre booked which was very disappointing. My understanding is that it is a separate entity.

Newly refurbished so very smart and clean. Reception staff excellent and extremely helpful. Other staff ok. Room very comfortable and spacious. Drinks are very reasonable in the bar.

The parking garage is impractical for anything other than micro cars, though it’s not expensive. Virtually nobody around when we came down for breakfast at 8:15. Came down main stairs and found ourselves locked in the lobby at the bottom of the stairs! Bathroom was spacious but badly designed so that I at 160cm tall only just fitted under shower. My husband had no chance! Though the main room was spacious, it was a strange design with not great storage available. Generally it felt a lot like style over substance.
