The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to charge our electric car without a problem. The bed was big and comfortable. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of food. Although we didn't try them the hotel had aqua exercise sessions timetabled which is a great idea.

There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and it was not easy to get a coffee during the day. It would have been nice for a cuppa and a lie in. Deck chairs around the pool were reserved with towels even when it did not seem like guests were around. This was frustrating as we had hoped for a relax by the pool after a day of site seeing. We had trouble keeping our room cool enough so slept with the balcony door open. We were overlooking the carpark, unfortunately this meant we were woken very early in the morning by delivery or collection lorries.

The pool is good for all, but on the third day, my skin and eyes were too irritated to go in the water. Sitting outside by the pool was very nice except when the last day a smoker empoisoned the air, and I left. The steam room is very relaxing. Family atmosphere, the meal are nice.

There were fewer than the last time, but I hate smokers, they destroy the healthy environment. I don't like suffering from the irritating pool water. The rooms were too warm and it is not even summer. Ventilation is poor. I don't like air conditioning abuse, but turning it on a little would be helpful when it is too stuffy or hot.

Our room was very spacious and had a balcony with a mountain view! It was also great to have access to the sauna, steam room and pool. The dinner menu was really good value and the food was very tasty.

The hotel is a bit outdated but clean and the staff were friendly.

Lack of information in the rooms about facilities in the hotel including if you want to use the shuttle service you should book it a day in advance ! Being a spa hotel some fresh water in the room would have been appreciated.

Very nice location, quiet, beautiful view from the window. We very much liked the pool and spa area, a big pool and very nice hamam. We also enjoyed the restaurant: good quality dinner at a reasonable price.

Maybe you could be more clear on which towels to use in the spa, but in the end we had enough towels, so there was no problem.

The rooms were large and have balconies. The toilet and bathroom were separate. Ours also had a full size fridge. Whilst there were no shutters the curtains kept out the light very well. The indoor swimming pool, hamman and sauna are free to use for hotel guests. But if you want a spa treatment you'd need to book ahead as they get booked up early. Breakfast was OK. There were a variety of pastries, some hot food, good quality jams, various hot drinks and 2 types of juice.

Everything was great so nothing to complain about :)

The hotel is nicely located about a 20 minute stroll from the town centre in a quiet park, ideal for walking your dog, ample free parking, very friendly and efficient staff, rooms are a decent size, good breakfast.

Bar and spa facilities.

The restaurant was fully booked. Travelled 5 hours in the car. No bar snacks. Although, staff said it was ok to order in from outside. This worked out OK as I used Uber. Older visitors may not be so computer literate and would have to fi d a Restaurant.

Good relaxing hotel with spacious and quiet room. The location is OK if you have a car, but if you don't it can be difficult to move around. They have a nice parking lot which is free for the guests and very convenient.

We thought the pool of the spa would be better. The water had a lot of chlorine which is not good for a spa (skin, eyes, etc.). Moreover there were no water jets or other things that are common in a spa pool. The facilities were clean but looked a bit old. The breakfast was too low quality for the price.

Great secure parking, very friendly staff, large rooms, comfy bed, the pool was lovely and warm, very relaxing overnight stay. Overall top marks! The walk into town is plesant through the woods, (10 - 15 mins) or you can get a bus

Thin walls, quite alot of noise from other rooms, and maybe a lick of new paint needed
