A lot of care as been taken in the furnishing of the rooms, and the outside decoration of the building and the common areas. The room was large, comfortable, there were outdoors spaces that we did not have a chance to use (including the pool). Owner was very friendly. Very nice breakfast!

We were in the middle of an extreme heatwave, so despite the altitude and the shade, it was uncomfortably warm for most of the day (not really owner's fault, of course!). A/C in one of the rooms was charged separately.

It was a lovely place to stay. It was clean & comfortable & our host was very helpful & pleasant. The breakfast was very good too.

I got bitten by mosquitos during the night. To be fair it was my fault because I left the bedroom window open.

Very cute property with beautiful garden all around it, which was very very well maintained. Too bad it was rainy so we couldn't really make the most of it. The room was very nice and the breakfast was great too.

City/tourist tax must be paid in cash only - have some cash handy!

Fabulous view, beautiful decor and great breakfast. The bed was very comfortable as well. Excellent stay.

location was fabulous. decor was spotless

rooms at top of house needed air conditioning as it was impossible to sleep in the heat. to the point of being incredibly uncomfortable and resulting in a complete inability to sleep. breakfast was nice, but wasps were crawling over all the fruit etc.

It was clean, spacious room and nice view. Had private parking.

The host made us feel extremely uncomfortable because: 1. We received a message saying ‘les arrivées sont à partir de 17h jusque 20h30. bonne journée.’ When we arrived at 20:10, she stated that we were late and had a slight attitude. 2. We were given a top floor room which had a nice view, but it was unbearably hot. The room was like a sauna. What’s worse, is that she keeps the remote to the AC and you feel like you cause the host an inconvenience to turn it. The first night we chose to not have it on and it was so hot we couldn’t sleep. Then the second night we had it on, but it got so cold in the room we struggled to sleep as we weren’t able to turn it off. We think the guests should have the AC remote. 3. The host laid out a nice breakfast, but outside there are so many mosquitoes and wasps it’s impossible to enjoy it. 4. Throughout our stay, we felt judged by the host as there were a few condescending comments and looks here and there. 5. We had a nightmare upon checkout… HIDDEN CHARGE OF €25 … and she only takes cash. She told us at 9:30 when we were eating breakfast and we didn’t have cash, as to our knowledge and on the booking site, there was no mention of this charge. Despite having left the room by 10, we were then made to get cash. It took us a time to find a cash point as she didn’t give us any indication of where to find one. She was extremely rude to us and made us feel very unwelcome on the phone, saying that by being later than we expected it wasn’t “correct of us” and hanging up right after, and having an attitude when we came back, saying that checkout was at 10 and we were late. If we knew we would be charged this additional cost, then we wouldn’t have had this problem as we would have got the cash. 6. Not to mention, IF YOU DONT SPEAK FRENCH TO A DECENT LEVEL, YOU CANNOT STAY HERE AS THE HOST ONLY SPEAKS FRENCH (she didn’t say one English word the whole stay).
