In the city centre, very close to city sightseeings, to the park, the restaurants and boutiques. The shop Franprix is 100 m away. Friendly staff. The kitchen has all amenities to cook, but we used only microwave. Nice breakfast with boiled eggs, toasts, ham, salami, cheese, yoghurts, cereals, pastry, and apples. Coffee machines have several types of coffee, including espresso and cappuccino.

It was too cold in the apartment. It was sunny outside during the day, but the apartment did not warm up, the radiators were turned off on November 1. There were no slippers in the room, but for the small price of accommodation we did not count on slippers, we took our own, the floor was very cold. The pillows are hard, and sleeping on the sofa was also uncomfortable, but the bed is large and quite comfortable.

Very good option for a couple of days in the area, few steps from the train station and just a couple of minutes from the main streets. All the essentials are very close by, pharmacy, groceries, cafe etc. The room was spacious, the little kitchenette was useful and the balcony an extra. AC was working well, except in the evening we came back and the room smelled like cigarette, the window was closed and AC on so I guess it came from there.

The room was a bit dated and the bed not so comfortable. If a double bed is made by two single ones, I would suggest a topper. The shower had no door and the water was spilling all over the bathroom floor. It would be nice to have some essentials like salt and oil for cooking, maybe not in the room but to maybe take at the reception with a little charge. For cooking just one meal we had to buy a pack of salt which was a waste as we couldn't take it with us.

The room/apartment was huge and very clean and quiet. We got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony which was nice in the evening. We parked our motorcycles securely in the hotel garage. They charged a small fee, ca €10 for the space, for this. We could walk to the beach and lake from the hotel. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

The location is great, just a minute from the train station. The staff was very helpful and the room was really comfortable.

The sound insulation is not great. The residence is meant for group and that comes with noise even if the guests do not mean to create any disturbance. Don't forget your earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

We’ve stayed here a number of times because of the location. We definitely enjoyed this stay the most because everything was as it should be in terms of room facilities and cleanliness. Staff are always welcoming. Hope to come back in September with friends.

Would have liked all fresh fruit (not tinned) in the breakfast fruit salad. Also fresh tea/coffee, not machine. Having to take the waste to the bins ourselves.

Very close to Aix-Les-Bains station, clean and quiet Aparthotel and fully equipped kitchen.

The reception was closed when we arrived and we couldn't drop off our luggage first (maybe they have special circumstances and have prior notice), luckily there was a warm lobby for us to rest and wait.

Very modern and comfortable. Clean and spacious, air conditioning worked a treat and the bonus of the front desk not closing at lunchtime was good so we could leave our bags.

The initial cost to hold the room stayed against the credit card for 4 days when advised it would disappear overnight, not sure if that is a visa issue or a hotel issue

The rooms, while cozy, featured exceptionally comfortable beds and a handy kitchenette, an especially useful amenity given the scarcity of restaurants in central Aix. The breakfast offered was quite satisfying, complemented by the warmth and friendliness of the staff. The availability of a garage added to the convenience, making our stay more pleasant.

Lack of cleaning items for kitchenette; only one wine glass for a two bedroom - need to review contents before guests arrive.
