It is a great hotel !! The room was very confortable, great A/C, beautiful decoration and excellent noise/air proof doors, windows and walls. Very cosy spa and beautiful relax area. The location is great, very central with a park surrounding the hotel, and a japanese gardin.

The staff was clearly insufficient. The bar at the relax area never opened during our stay. The relax area itself never cleaned, the same piece of paper from some biscuits package stayed on the ground for 2 days. The jacuzzi had none-functionning buttons that nobody fixed. It's a real pity. For the staff that was a merely 2,5-3* hotel.

Beautiful hotel, the 2 guys at the front desk were so friendly and helpful!!, outstanding facilities, parking, purified water from the thermal fountain available to refill and drink, lovely breakfast buffet -- everything was exquisite!!!! We will be back!!!

I loved the parking! (It was a little tight and hard to maneuver in, but its the sort of thing Europeans are accustomed to and being from Hawaii, I was not!)

The family suite was newly refurbished, spacious and comfortable.

The window to the family suite was right in front of the spa/pool access with lounge chairs right under the window so there was no privacy and we had to keep the curtains drawn the whole time. There was an issue with our room and spa access keys that we had to have reactivated on 4 occasions during our stay. Staff apologized for the inconvenience but nothing was offered beyond apologies.

The room was excellent, huge comfy bed, air-conditioning, enormous bathroom with fabulous walk in shower. The tea and coffee making facilities were good. The staff were friendly and efficient. Secure underground parking was available.

We chose this hotel because it had parking, however, we didn't realise it was 20 plus minute walk to the lake. That was our mistake not the hotels though.

Location is great, few steps from the center and the restaurants. Spa is good although pools are too small for swimming but rather for water massages. Room was also nice with a coffee machine and a kettle.

For some reason on the second day of our stay room service was not done. Only after contacting reception, the room was cleaned but the towels and the spa robe were not replaced. There was no opportunity to exchange a robe and a towel exiting the spa. We had to try them all over the room.

Excellent hotel in every way!! The staff is courteous, professional, and happy to give. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable. The spa is amazing!! The wate temperature is excellent and it is open until 2330 at night which is very resting after a day of hiking to relax One of the best hotels we stayed in and highly recommend. The only minus is that parking is expensive but after learning to use the parking meter in the lot opposite the hotel then it is quite possible to manage with a low fee for parking in the meter. The only thing and this is as a constructive comment that they didn't fill us the soap and didn't put tissue but this is minor but worth fixing . in each floor is a machin of free cold water and soda

The property was super nice, very well designed rooms and modern. The spa was very nice and clean. It was super close to everything, restaurants, bars, stores and all.

The parking was misleading and not well designed. We barely found the way up to the hotel, it could use some signage. It would’ve also been great if they had a big pool for the summer!

Everything was perfect. All the stuff from the reception to housekeepers very good and friendly. Hardly recommend. The hotel really close to the main train station and other parks of the city. Really nice breakfast too and a such great spa with a lot options to rest and enjoy the all day
