Terrific for families, lots of games for kids and really fun and colourful looking. Sparkling or still water available on tap. Breakfast was lovely with freshly baked cakes too and a fun old gondola for kids to sit in while eating. Clean and colourfully decorated. Staff terrific, very helpful and let us change a room so our daughter could have a bunk bed originally booked. Took the number 12, then number 3 bus into town, easy and close to the accomodation.

The staff were friendly and understanding. It's a greet 😁 place to stay and we would highly recommend. Our room was big enough and comfortable. We were left a couple of cookies to welcome us. Delicious and a very friendly touch. Breakfast was also greet 😁 a nice outside space to sit in was available.

We thought food was available after speaking with a member of staff in the evening, but it didn't appear to be. Maybe a misunderstanding. Would still stay there again!

Good value for money and very clean. We arrived a few hours ahead of the check-in time. The hotel staff were very helpful in accommodating us with a small additional charge.

The location is somewhat inconvenient if you use public transportation. The rooms did not have storage space. The AC in our room did not work. But the hotel staff provided a fan.

The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The common areas of the property are charmingly decorated in an eclectic, alpine, pastiche that conveys a pleasant hominess. Breakfast is fantastic. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable though some might find them austere.

No fault of the property, it relatively distant from the center of Annecy, where most of what we visited for was located. But 15 minutes and 1.5 euro per person on the number 3 Sibra bus or 10ish minute, 20 or so euro taxi (worth it if carrying multiple bags) solves that.

Homely and full of entertainment for the children very ideal also for my dog ! I loved it so much. Never expect that for that bargain price !

The fitted bed sheet on the bank bed were of made of a fabric not ideal for the hot weather but not big deal the duvet bed sheet were different and lovely

Nice friendly hotel with kitchen area you can use. Comfortable room and good size 'garden area' for the dog.

Couple of minor maintenance items to do on the shower (the clips that hold the shower head were broken) but a really good shower other than that.

we selected this hotel as we wanted to visit Annecy. This is a dog friendly hotel with a good size area to walk the dogs. It has a spacious private parking lot (included in the price). the room was nig enough to accommodate two people and one big dog

We stayed during a hot summer day, the air conditioned did not really cool the room, regardless of what the set up was. The bathroom was very small

Very friendly place to stay with use of the kitchen to make drinks very helpfull. Very relaxed atmosphere and nice communal lounge/diner to eat and relax in. Fun decor adds to the atmosphere.

Easy to access by car from autoroute, a 10 min drive in to the old town if that is where you want to go.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and beautiful cosy lounge / restaurant area with a real open kitchen (it really feels like being at home with friends at their villa...) with many unexpected surprises like a cable car sitting in the restaurant with its own table and chairs where you could have breakfast, dinner or just take your photos. Addtionally: one of the best table football I ever seen and a fantastic chess board.
