24h people at reception. The staff was doing their utmost to accomodate everyone who arrived last minute due to the closure of the roads leading to the ski stations. They handled the situation very well. There was a bit of wait at the restaurant but very reasonable seeing the situation.

The bathrooms are a little old and very small. Standing inside with two people was difficult as the door takes up most of the free space in the bathroom.

I have stayed for one night, my room was clean, bathroom impeccable, but the best part is that I was travelling with a bike and at the reception they immediately proposed to store it in a locked room before I even asked myself !

Overall good experience, didn’t try the restaurant though. The only point is that it’s a bit far from center, but for me it was not a problem.

Perfect location in a quiet neighbourhood just 2km from Lake Annecy and the Old city. Walkable and cyclable. The hotel rents electric bikes to take advantage of Annecy's extensive cycle network. The staff are great and make you feel at home. La Mamma restaurant offers some of the original Mamma's specialties as well as local dishes. Excellent quality-price-location ratio. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and quite well equipped. Easy access to and from the autoroute.

The breakfast was great, room was large enough, staff was very friendly

The television was without smartTV functionalities, no Netflix, impossible to read videos when connecting USB memory stick.

This is a three star hotel- if you are expecting what you would get at 4 star then you will be unhappy. The price is consistent with this being out of the main part of the city- but things work.

Amazing staff

Good value for money, got what we expected. I would recommend to stay for one night however the beds were not comfortable (very hard) so if more than one night it may have been different.

Comfortable and clean, with friendly helpful staff. Perfect for what it is. Had dinner on one evening and it was lovely.

Hosts are very nice. Parking no problem. Rooms and breakfast are fine. Location is great if you don't only want to stay in Annecy, but also want to explore the surroundings by car. Walking distance to Annecy-le-Vieux with fabulous restaurants (reserve in advance). City center easily reachable by bus or bicycle.

would have liked tea/coffee facility in room. area available downstairs 24/7 that has access for this though.
