The location was excellent, being in a shopping mall is a bonus for shopping and grocery, besides dining at the footcort which costs less that a restaurant. Tip: buy the swiss chocolates from the Coop supermarket in the mall for very cheap price compared to outside touristic shops. 😉 The bus stop number 80 is right in front and it connects you to the city center and can take you anywhere. The hotel "and most of Geneva hotels" provide you with a FREE transportation card for the period of your stay which is a great way to explore tge city and save money. Beds were comfortable and the AC can be adjusted to a cool temperature. The staff were superb 👌 very kind and helpful

Parking "inside the mall" is not free $15 per day. The sofa bed is very small and uncomfortable,and breakfast is expensive, but you can get plenty of delicious patisserie from Coop supermarket in the mall.

Hotel is in excellent location, within large complex for shopping ,eating and bus stops outside on both sides of main road. The staff were more than helpful, explaining how to get about using public transport which was free. The bed was extra large and very comfortable, breakfast was self service and as much as you could eat. Room and bathroom were cleaned and tidied each day

The only down side was air conditioning was a bit noisy, but didn't affect ouir sleep. The shower appeared to be partially blocked and was in danger of flooding if run for too long. Also wash basin plug was full of hair and didn't work properly. One of the lights went on the blink and kept flickering. We didn't complain to staff but would have thought cleaning staff should have picked up on these issues

Everything from start to finish. Room 618 is front facing and super quiet.. The free transport is an added bonus. The mall next door has something for everyone. Bus 23 will take you to the airport from Stade De Geneve ( This stop by the huge football stadium ) , bus 80 will take you to the city or you travel to France and do a U turn back to Geneve ( Bel Air ) last stop. Geneve is the hub to so many places outside if you have the time. Zermatt and The Matterhorn is a must do. I did it independently and it is a super long day or you can do 13 hour tours Wednesday and Sundays.

The room was too hot for me personally and I love coffee so a kettle is preferable compared to a machine .in the room that way I can make my own without these wee pots that go inside.

The room was very nice and included all we needed. Big comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroom, spacious room. There is a football stadium near the hotel, but the room is really quiet. There are a shopping center and restaurants nearby. Please, pay attention that the hotel is placed not in Geneva, but in its agglomeration. So if you choose it due to the train station nearby, it's not a Geneva Gare. But the hotel send us a Geneva Transport Card, so we could use all public transport in the 10th district for free. We needed only 20 minutes to arrive at the city center. Also, pay attention that it may be difficult to find a product store on Sundays in Geneva.

The room was really nice, but the red sofa had some dirty spots. I think it was impossible to be cleaned.

Almost everything is superb , it has become like a third home to me. Close to STADIUM of Geneve for all you footbal fans, and right next to the mall La Praille where you can find almost anything from entertainment (cinema, bowling, billiard,) to shopping for the ladies, and huge Supermarket

A fridge/microwave would have made it perfect but apparently we could rent it for extra cost Also the hotel doesnt have gym facilities but the mall next door has which is extra and available for extra cost 18fr/day which is misleading

Lovely hotel next to the football stadium, so ideal choice when attending a match during the women's euros football tournament. Easy to get to by bus, the 23 from the airport stops just across the road. Hotel provided a Geneva Transport card in advance of my stay. Really friendly welcome at reception. Room was spacious, clean, comfy bed and pillows and good quality toiletries provided.

The room rate was quite high, but I think this reflected accommodation in general during the tournament

For what you can expect in European hotels within this budget, Ramada rooms were pretty spacious, neat and quite comfortable. Location was excellent, and staff was really courteous and helpful.

Again as expected in most European hotels, breakfast is the same standard monotonous menu with no variations whatsoever. Water bottles are not replenished in the rooms daily except for what was provided on the first day, 2 small 300 ML bottles for three people.

The room was ready when we arrived. The side is very good, and the king-size bed is very comfortable. It has a small couch. Overall, it is very clean, and the air conditioning works well. The location is by a shopping mall, and there is a good Italian restaurant right outside the hotel.

The shower needs some extra care and to be cleaner. I saw on the corners some black fungi, but the toilet and the sink were clean. but the shower needs to be taken care of better.

Comfortable hotel, reasonably priced for Geneva, helpful reception staff. Lots of restaurants and shops in nearby centre. Free public transport was a real bonus and allowed easy travel throughout the town. Airport bus-stop right outside the hotel.

Location adjacent to shopping centre and football stadium, but only 10-15 mins from lake and town centre by public transport. Hotel bar area rather lacking in atmosphere.

Comfortable beds. They have AC, very useful for Europe summers!!! Clean bathrooms. They have a locker in the room for passport, valuables. The hotel is in a mall, hence very convenient to use the mall food court for late dinners as well. Easy access to the food court from the reception of the hotel.

We had read about the car parking situation in some other reviews as well. It was indeed difficult to understand at first. We had to call the reception to guide us for it. Once you are in the parking, it’s an easy access to the reception floor and then to your room.
