Cleanliness. Towels changed twice in the week I stayed there. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Bar was open late. Didn’t eat there. Les Esserts tram stop nearby and bus stop for no 23 to airport literally outside the hotel. Thé bed was really comfortable, thé aircon worked well. Had BBC1,2 and news channels and ITV 1&2 so was able to watch euro women’s matches I couldn’t get to. Lovely toiletries in shower ( shampoo and shower gel) which was walk-in though step into the bathroom. Lidl and Aldi supermarkets 5 min walk and the choice of foods especially salads, meats, cheeses, yoghurts and fresh bread/pastries far better than UK. Much cheaper than the other 2 MIGROS and COOP supermarkets in Geneva.

No kettles in the bedrooms nor tea/coffee/milk. Brought my own travel kettle and coffee latte/cappuccino sachets. Making tea more challenging. Bring your own and buy fresh milk every day.

Hotel was great location airport bus 23 stopped outside and trams over the road. Free travel pass given for whole time we were there sorted by Hotel day before so even able to use from airport then fully utilised trams, eater taxis etc which made visit perfect. Hotel is perfect for this kind of break very clean, comfortable, modern and staff were always happy to help. Definitely recommend staying here it's a few tram stops to Lake and centre and they are very regular. Also shopping centre right next to it with Lidel and Aldi etc if you want to buy essentials for day trips.

Can't think of any negatives remember Swiss electrical sockets are different from.other European but fortunately we could buy an adapter at reception

The two male staff that recieved me on friday afternoon were very kind and hospitable. The female staff were also great.Outstanding were the two men that worked all day on friday.

Domestic could not communicate in English but the women cleaners were kind. Kitchen staff espcially the tall man that was marking people in for breakfast was very abrupt and intimidating.He really need to calm his face and be friendly. He was supposed to station himself to register people in as the come in for breakfast and not walk up to you when you are eating to disturb by asking rudely your room number without even saying goodmorning. Teach him courtsy please.

- Friendly and helpful staff - Cozy room - Good view (at least from the room i had) - Super convenient transport connection, both with the city and the airport - Clean facilities, clean room - The location is quite picturesque - there’s a supermarket nearby which is very convenient

- I expected more variety of food at breakfast (BUT the food they had was good! So consider breakfast anyway, it’s very convenient) - AC wasn’t strong enough to my taste (but it wasn’t to an uncomfortable extent) - Front desk needs more people, the staff does their best but in my opinion they need more people attending customers to reduce waiting times and possible queues. These are just things that could be improved, overall it’s definitely a hotel to consider for your stay.

Honestly everything was just amazing! From the moment we booked, I got very clear instructions on how to get there as well as free public transport tickets (amazing since everything is VERY expensive in Switzerland so it helps a lot). The location was perfect - a 20 min bus ride from the airport and a 5 min trolley ride from the city center, quiet neighborhood, supermarket, cafes and shops nearby. The staff were super nice and helpful, the room was quite nice and very clean. The bathroom was cool, somehow had a yacht vibe haha. Also the soundproofing in this hotel is incredible, you can’t hear a thing while in your room.

The window doesn’t open and there’s no little fridge in the room :(

The hotel is simple, but everything works: fast check-in/check-out, parking under the building, and overall easy logistics. The reception staff are usually very friendly - even if a bit rushed sometimes. The location in the suburbs is convenient and you can easily find restaurants nearby. For Geneva, especially during summer peak season, the price-value ratio is fair.

It’s not perfect - the rooms are basic, the food is average, and everything feels a bit rushed. Still, you get exactly what you expect. A little more patience and calm from the staff wouldn’t hurt.

Ibis Petit Lancy exceeded my expectations. I had travelled to attend a conference in Palexpo and booked a room in this hotel. Though this hotel does not provide an airport shuttle like other Ibis hotels in Geneva, but a public Bus from airport departure area drops you off literally outside Ibis styles. Check-in was fast and super smooth. Comfy Bed, great coffee at the reception bar and good breakfast are the other plusses of the hotel. There is a departmental store 3 min walk away and few restaurants nearby as well. Had dinner once in the hotel which again was good.

The room facilities are complete, the hotel staff's service attitude is very good, and the paid breakfast is also good. I posted my evaluation of the Zurich hotel here a few days ago. Obviously, compared to Ibis, these criticisms are not correct, but the hotel has also sincerely accepted and reflected on them. I am very sorry for you all！

The arithmetic skills at the hotel front desk need to be improved. We stayed for two nights with ten people, and six of us arrived first. We charged a city tax of 45 Swiss francs, okay! Later, four more people arrived and a city tax of 45 Swiss francs was collected. The city tax should be charged based on the number of people. The hotel charged an additional 15 Swiss francs. We negotiated with the hotel front desk when we checked out, but they couldn't understand. The compatibility of the hotel's power sockets is very low, so we had to purchase a dedicated converter from the hotel.

The staff was helpful, warm, and friendly. They helped us every time we requested something from them, and they were always smiling The location is great because you can easily get from and to the airport just with one bus in less than 35 minutes. And it's really easy to get to the city centre by foot or public transportation.

The pillows were not too comfy, and the WiFi connection was a bit complicated to switch on. But nothing that we can say it was a major issue

Convenient location — took one bus #23 from the airport directly to the hotel and tram #14 to downtown; bus and tram stop right next to/opposite the hotel. I was welcomed nicely and staff were very helpful whenever I had questions, including lending me an umbrella when it was raining. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was worth the additional cost — a variety of foods and to select from.
