Honestly everything was just amazing! From the moment we booked, I got very clear instructions on how to get there as well as free public transport tickets (amazing since everything is VERY expensive in Switzerland so it helps a lot). The location was perfect - a 20 min bus ride from the airport and a 5 min trolley ride from the city center, quiet neighborhood, supermarket, cafes and shops nearby. The staff were super nice and helpful, the room was quite nice and very clean. The bathroom was cool, somehow had a yacht vibe haha. Also the soundproofing in this hotel is incredible, you can’t hear a thing while in your room.

The window doesn’t open and there’s no little fridge in the room :(

Ibis Petit Lancy exceeded my expectations. I had travelled to attend a conference in Palexpo and booked a room in this hotel. Though this hotel does not provide an airport shuttle like other Ibis hotels in Geneva, but a public Bus from airport departure area drops you off literally outside Ibis styles. Check-in was fast and super smooth. Comfy Bed, great coffee at the reception bar and good breakfast are the other plusses of the hotel. There is a departmental store 3 min walk away and few restaurants nearby as well. Had dinner once in the hotel which again was good.

The room facilities are complete, the hotel staff's service attitude is very good, and the paid breakfast is also good. I posted my evaluation of the Zurich hotel here a few days ago. Obviously, compared to Ibis, these criticisms are not correct, but the hotel has also sincerely accepted and reflected on them. I am very sorry for you all！

The arithmetic skills at the hotel front desk need to be improved. We stayed for two nights with ten people, and six of us arrived first. We charged a city tax of 45 Swiss francs, okay! Later, four more people arrived and a city tax of 45 Swiss francs was collected. The city tax should be charged based on the number of people. The hotel charged an additional 15 Swiss francs. We negotiated with the hotel front desk when we checked out, but they couldn't understand. The compatibility of the hotel's power sockets is very low, so we had to purchase a dedicated converter from the hotel.

The staff was helpful, warm, and friendly. They helped us every time we requested something from them, and they were always smiling The location is great because you can easily get from and to the airport just with one bus in less than 35 minutes. And it's really easy to get to the city centre by foot or public transportation.

The pillows were not too comfy, and the WiFi connection was a bit complicated to switch on. But nothing that we can say it was a major issue

Convenient location — took one bus #23 from the airport directly to the hotel and tram #14 to downtown; bus and tram stop right next to/opposite the hotel. I was welcomed nicely and staff were very helpful whenever I had questions, including lending me an umbrella when it was raining. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was worth the additional cost — a variety of foods and to select from.

The location was brilliant. Bus no 23 from the airport drops you right outside the hotel and bus no 14 takes you into the centre of Geneva, an area called Bel Air where you're basically in the town centre and can walk to the seafront from there and access Rolex, Cartier,etc shops.continental Breakfast was lovely and great choice too, cereal, toast, bread, scrambled eggs, orange juice,etc. Room was very clean and the shower was well hot enough for me.All in all a great vacation with my son overall.Would happily stay here again, no.problem.

Location is pretty good, transport links into Geneva are easy, some nice shops locally too. The breakfast was tasty and kept us full for the day. Staff were all lovely to us, so thank you

Pillows were not the best, hairdryer was awful, USB sockets in the room didn't work and it's a shame there was no kettle in the room or safe.

From the Tourism department I received a public transport pass for my whole stay. This saved me a lot of money and I honestly think that that it's very kind of them. Also the check in desk staff were very kind and helpful. They spoke fluent English and French.

There was some dusk at the vents in the shower. Maybe an oversight but that would be my only point of improvement.

Great location, excellent clean room, very secure parking at a reasonable rate. Breakfast sufficient for needs but if you want more just a 5 min tram ride into Geneva with plenty of choices available. Free Geneva travel pass available and very easy to use.

Breakfast limited, but this is a budget hotel. Plenty of places in Geneva just a 5 min tram ride No14 tram to the centre, and they run very frequently. This was our third stay here.

The hotel was fairly basic but everything we needed for a couple of days. Room was spotless and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with great sweet and savoury options. Very easy to get into town on public transport, especially with the free public transport ticket the city give when staying in hotels!

Rooms were small and basic.
