This stay was pure perfection. I loved the room's modern interior design, it is technically supported (light switches, external blinds, electrical plugs, etc.), practical, equipped with handy appliances, with enough space for personal things & fun accessories. The bed was very comfortable (with a super cool design on a movable wardrobe above it that switches between a single and double bed!), the kitchenette was practical and well-equipped, and the bathroom was perfection. The hotel's common area on the top floor was amazing too (interior design, layout, possibilities, free coffee/tea, terrasse). The staff was friendly and went the extra mile for the guests (even before I checked in!). The entire hotel is super clean and quiet. The online check-in / check-out (plus the online key option) was practical and guest-friendly. Every detail of this hotel was very well thought through. While being there I caught myself thinking on several occasions that someone had thought about my comfort to a greater extent than I would or I usually do. The concept of this hotel is different than I am used to -- with no typical reception and restaurant but with very cool common area and friendly/homey vibe all around. This hotel stay surpassed all of my expectations and similar city hotel experiences. When I come back to Geneva, I will for sure return. I can just hope that the hotel will remain at this level and quality. Thank you for a marvolus stay!!

Central location, good connection to all parts of the city, clean, quiet, friendly and quite high tech

The user interface of the keys is not intuitive - the room door is shown at the top, but it is the last door you have to open, and the front doors are st the bottom, so when you arrive, tired and without a clue, it is frustrating to solve riddles. Either change the order of the keys, with front door at the top, or provide more instructions in the e-mails. Also, if a person arrives from abroad without local sim-card with no ability to make calls or internet connection, how do they contact you at the door? There was some kind of a bell, but no answer.

The hotel is in a great location, especially since I was working at CERN. The number 18 tram stops right in front of the hotel entrance and this tram can be taken a few stops downtown also. The rooms are very modern and make great use of space with an adjustable kitchen which contains everything you would need to prepare meals etc. The hotel has a common floor in which there is a pool table, games console, library and reading areas in addition to washing machines. There you will find the very friendly staff who helped me with a problematic AC unit within minutes of contacting them on WhatsApp. My stay coincided with National Swiss Day and the hotel staff threw a party on the ninth floor in which they served free drinks and food and we watched the fireworks from the roof terrace. It was a fantastic evening and they mentioned that they plan on having these parties regularly.

There was nothing about this hotel which I didn't like, however, please note that you will need to have a working smartphone which has charge in order to gain access to the hotel and your room as the keys are accessed from a website. This means no additional keys to carry or lose but don't let your phone battery run out of charge.

Insanely beautiful and very functional room. Everything brand new. It's small but doesn't feel like it since you can "push" the wall and reveal a queen sized bed by hidding the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equiped, nice size of fridge/freezer and even a dish washer. You can cook in your own room or go to the communal cooking space. The terrance is to die for, the view of the lake is insane. Free breakfast was not mentioned in my booking but was included. There are even washing mashines if you need them! Tramway and buses are just in front so the placement is unbeatable, city center while remaining quiet. The hotel si very safe for female solo travelers, everything is done with your phone so if you don't like that, be careful! This is hight-tech territory. Everything is clean, cozy, easy and the people are uber nice. Really enjoyed my stay. Not one bad thing to say really!

Yes it is on the pricier side but it is so worth it! You'll soon recover the costs with the free breakfast and available kitchen with a supermarket just bellow!

Stay Kooook studio was awesome. I can’t say enough great things about how much I enjoyed staying here. All the facilities were outstanding, it was clean, comfortable and so easy to access. I would definitely stay here again as a solo traveller.

Nothing. The only thing missing that would have been handy was an iron & ironing board for work clothing.

I have been in stay cook geneva for six nights ,it's just wonderful, I was in the sixth floor room 610 every thing next to the building, tram bus shops, pressing, people are nice, host as well, there is a lounge in the 9th floor when you can relax your mind ,drink a cup of coffee, honestly I enjoyed my stay there ,I recommend this hotel to everyone XX

Good modern and clean studio room with all necessary appliances, supplies of towels, toiletries, dishwasher tabs etc. Very convenient location beside supermarket and public transport.

The communication with the host on site was a little hit and miss as she didn't seem to communicate well to the next shift and details such as a changed room clean date and a late check out detail seemed not to have been communicated between team members, this was however a minor inconvenience and was sorted immediately on interaction with new team.

No physical key - access to building and rooms using phone, great if you're into techie stuffs. Public living area at top level with free unlimited coffee machine, tea, sparkling water, stove, oven, laundry facilities, balcony, games etc. Room with smart interior design utilising all available spaces. Large bathroom and separate toilet room. Aircon was good enough to keep room cool during hot period. Location right in front of tram & bus stop, only 3 stops away from main train station, and another 2 stops away from Bel-Air being in the centre of the city.

Aircon facing sideways reducing the cool air flowing to the bunk bed area. The area for shower + toilet rooms seems disproportionately larger than the area for kitchen + main bed - would have been better if more space allocated to kitchen/main bed. Sometimes lagging with opening the portal to access the keys, awkwardly standing in front of the building entrance or your room waiting for the portal to appear on your phone. Perhaps an actual app (instead of web app) would improve performance/reduce lag.

I had a wonderful experience staying here. It exceeded my expectations so much so I would give 11/10 if I could. Not because its luxury hotel, it is not. But it's probably even better than that. Firstly because everything is so well thought out for the guests. There were many little extra touches, from the chargers, to the reading lamp, large towels, diswasher and coffee machine. I think every furniture was super comfortable. And the design of the room (even though I think booked the smallest option) definitely deserves an award. Cosy, beautiful and above all as convenient as possible. My greatest respects. Then I had two interactions with the customer service (once on booking, once on the phone) and once with the staff in person. All of them were easy, to the point, and super helpful. Staff is awfully kind and they had a very positive vibe. The place was really clean. Although I didn't hang out in common areas much, they also looked very nice. The washing machine, the iron even. The location is great. It is very central. Several supermarkets around. Even though the tram is right next to it, still you don't hear much of the street. I think it might be the best stays that I have ever had. Definitely the best in many years.

It's not something that I don't like but let me note it here so others are can benefit. If you plan to check-in outside of the business hours, make sure you have enough battery because you might need to use your phone to open the doors for the first time. It's pretty easy to do it and you can connect the free wifi of the hotel. But better to keep in mind for the arrival. (You can issue a key card once you enter for the first time, but the online keys were so convenient, I didn't even needed it.)

The location is very easy to reach from the main Geneva train station (Gare Cornavin) by just wheeling the luggage onto tram 14 or 18 and getting off at the Servette stop, which is right outside. Free Geneva Transport Cards are sent by Geneve Tourisme on the morning of arrival before check in, so the trams are free and thus really easy to use. This card also means that not being in the historic centre if Geneva isn't a huge drawback as it's easy to get there. The shared lounge, kitchen and desk facilities on the 9th floor are spacious and comfortable - much preferable to hanging out in the extremely compact rooms. Being able to use these and the luggage storage room after checking out if there are a few hours to wait after check out for ongoing transport was really helpful The (double-glazed) windows can be opened for fresh air, and there are window shutters and curtains to provide good passive control of room temperature when it's hot. When closed, not much noise came in to our 8th floor room. There;s a supermarket conveniently located in the same building - check the opening hours to avoid being caught out, though.

The rooms are extremely compact - to use the double bed, it's necessary to slide the cupboards so that the kitchen space is then very tight. Everything works, and it is somewhat impressive that it's possible, but coordination between the occupants is required. Use of the the air conditioning is discouraged (it's a Swiss government policy), and when it's used it's not hugely effective, but it works well enough.
