Clean and spacious room which is not so easy to find in Geneva. New bathroom. Great internet. Perfect location for my work commute and a supermarket across the road which was handy for supplies. 24hr desk service that enabled me to have a very late check-in (10:00pm) which was due to delayed flight as well as an early check-out (before 6:30am). The icing on the cake was the tea and coffee maker in the in room which allowed me to endless cups of tea, necessary for my sanity! that was a pleasant surprise :)

I think 19CHF for breakfast was a bit too much so I skipped it. The mattresses need replacing to keep up with the updates of the room. The mattresses are too old/soft/worn. It would help to have the option of a full back chair instead of the otherwise beautiful stool/ottoman to sit on when working. The backless low stool/ottoman wasn't conducive to working on a laptop.

Location is excellent. In 15 mins I could walk to the UN campus. The #8 bus line runs in front of the hotel and will take you directly to the main train station (10 mins) or to the waterfront (20 mins). Temperature in the rooms (we had three rooms) can be a bit tricky to moderate (hot water, radiator) depending on where you are located in the hotel but only one of the three of us had any issues with it. Staff was very helpful and many restaurants within walking distance.

Everything went well, the room was clean, the bathroom small but functional, the staff very helpful and friendly. I was positively surprised by the fact that I received a Geneva Transport Card for the duration of my stay.

Fortunately, I cannot mention anything specific I did not like. If I am pressed very hard to identify something that could be improved it as the selection of food offered for breakfast and the softness of the towels in the bathroom.

Very good value for money considering Geneva prices. Very good location to go to the UN as there is public transport nearby. Also a supermarket and a cafe (and a gym) so service side it’s great. Attention to details for business travellers (e.g. room to iron your own shirts if you like). Room overlooking the courtyard very quiet. A bit more noisy on the road side. Staff at the front desk very nice. Remember to ask for the free bus ticket before you arrive at the airport - or when you check in. Breakfast was basic but I appreciate the lactose free option.

Mattress a bit on the soft side. Doors opening a bit difficult - not a deal breaker in any way. Suggest hotel also answers on booking (seems a recurrent issue) - had to write to email address to get a reply.. if you are in a hurry for replies pls do write to email or call.

In a peaceful neighbourhood, near the city centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, church, eateries and pub nearby and a 20-30 minute walk to most of the International Institutions (UN,ILO,WHO etc) if you in town for meetings

The room was very compfortable, clean, equiped with all facilities. The location was great, it was 15-20 minitues walk to my dayly destination to the Palace de Nation, as well as 15 minutes walk to the Cornavin.

I like overall everything: location, staff, room, facilityies.

The room was spacious and the facilities were excellent. On requesting a phone charger for my room, the gentleman at reception found me one that worked in my room.

The pillows in the room were very soft. However, I should have asked at reception for harder pillows

Perfect stay for a couple of days while visiting Geneva. Reception and housekeeping staff very polite and helpful. Good access to the railway station (10-15 min. walking), airport (15 minutes by train) and city centre (30 minute walking). Room very comfortable. No air conditioning but found it easy to sleep with light sheets provided and comfortable beds.

For the money have no complaints/concerns but observing that the bathroom was a little 'tight' (definitely one person at a time) but very clean and well maintained.

Good location, simple breakfast, clean room, kind personal. Bathing in the bathtub is not very comfortable because it is narrow in the bathtub and the curtain prevents you from bathing peacefully. The result is a wet floor after bathing

The easy access to beverages. Good AC in the room. Nice bathroom facilities.

Beds were uncomfortable, they felt worn. Pillows were too flat.
