All the staff were excellent, pleasant and knowledgeable. We found Pascal particularly helpful and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel inside and outside dining/ relaxing areas were both comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our room was ideal, very comfortable bed, quality pillows and bed linen. Free parking available at the front of the hotel and garage parking 5€ on. Breakfast was 15€ pp, fantastic offering, great value for money. The hotel is surrounded by mountains in the most beautiful setting. We rode our bikes into Annecy on the cycle track, 5 miles each way. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when next in Annecy.

Nothing not to like!

Lovely modern new hotel with great views of the mountains in the distance. Very comfortable bed with large bathroom. Staff were so friendly and kind. Kept our food in their fridge as no mini fridge in the room and let us have a picnic lunch in their breakfast area as it was raining. Very welcoming to our dog too with field next door for exercising her. Quick drive into Annecy and directed us an open air car park as our car was too high for a lot of the multi story ones in the centre. Would def recommend.

Attention to detail - the bathroom in the room had some lovely touches, like the heated, backlit mirror, the huge, rainfall shower, the whole thing was done to a high standard, a real treat. Breakfast was excellent and delicious, the staff were fantastic, the view was great and it was nice to have secure underground parking (small fee & pre-book). Short drive into beautiful Annecy and easy, cheap parking in the underground corkscrew right in the town centre. Absolutely lovely hotel and staff all round - will definitely stay again!

Location. Comfortable beds. Room hotel very clean and new. Breakfast very nice. Receptionist lady was very nice. There was a confusion with our room, we booked a family room but arrival they gave us a standard one as unfortunately they run out of bigger rooms, at least they compensated with an accommodating attitude and breakfast in the morning :-) Merci beaucoup!

Issue with the room, I think something odd with their booking system as I read another similar review.

the location was ok. It's a shame that I haven't seen the city, because we cam a bit too late (I understand that the city is called the Venice of the Alps.)

Once I handed out my papers, and the receptionist saw that I'm a Romanian, she asked to pay city fee (that should have been included in the price according to the booking advertisement) and also an 80 euros warranty tax. The room was left intact, still, the warranty is not yet returned to my account.

Very modern and well maintained hotel situated near the motorway. Friendly staff. Good value for the price. Friendly reception. Breakfast with a good selection. .

The room was pretty small. Only one single spotligt in bathroom is insufficient. Slippery shower floor. Proper place for clothes on hangers is missing. Safebox was not fixed - easy just to take away! Missed some good quality bread for breakfast.

Lovely staff, nice atmosphere, family room fairly small but had everything we needed for a short stay. Breakfast was nice with some personal touches including home made cake and local cheeses. We paid extra fee for the underground car park to keep It cool but there was plenty of parking outside too.

Very competent and helpful front desk assistant (lady). Hotel is clean, with good sound proofing. Comfortable beds and linen. Airconditioning works well and seems it was cleaned. Modest but elegant design. I liked the breakfast, both choice and quality of food. Parking lot at the front.

There was always somebody at the reception and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, too. Plenty of free parking on and around the hotel.

The room itself was really small but good enough for a solo-traveler like me. The location is nothing to write home about. There is a McDonald's within walking distance.

We booked this hotel shortly before arrival and we could not have made a better choice after hours driving. Very close to a shopping area, very close to Annecy with excellent parking at the entrance...all was just right.
