We truly enjoyed our stay at Atipik Hôtel! It felt like a miniature version of France — in the room, in the bathroom, at breakfast. And this “miniature” charm was something we deeply appreciated, as it gave us a sense of the authentic French spirit and flair. Every detail — even within the small space — was arranged with great taste, warmth, and style. Special thanks to the reception ladies, who were smiling, kind, and always ready to help. We were truly impressed by everything — Annecy, the Atipik Hôtel, the team, and the atmosphere. Even in its minimalist format, it was a genuine French experience.

The location of the hotel was very good. Close to the train station and just 10 min away from the lake and the old town. In the center. The reception staff was very kind and friendly and spoke well English. The room was clean , however not a lot of warm water and the shower head didnt have a lot of pressure. There was however a very good hairdryer. The room was quite small. If you have a lot of luggage it wont be too comfortable to walk around the bed. But in general everything was good and we enjoyed our stay. Would go back again.

The entire interior is designed with love and different themes on each floor. I really enjoyed how even the staircase was carefully decorated. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, e.g., for places to go, maps or keeping luggage in their storage. They were always ready for a little chat. I really slept like a baby in the bed as the bed was comfy and the room very quiet (even though facing a street). Everything was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was small but was also nicely and practically designed with a hot & powerful shower. The hotel’s location directly in the old city centre and only 2min ftom the bus/train station was a bonus.

Old, charming building so rooms are quite small. Would definitely recommend reserving a family room even if for two people. It was perfect with the extra room. Great location on the edge of old town and lake. Street is quite busy with traffic and pedestrians but made for fun people watching off our balcony. Pretty quiet at night. We felt safe walking around at night. Antoine (?) was very friendly with always a big smile on his face. Bed was very, very comfortable. It's a very old building and no lift so be aware if you have large suitcases, although front desk does offer to help carry. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Nothing, really. It's tight quarters in the room and bathroom, but it's an old building so that's to be expected.

We liked the location and quirkiness of the place. The bed was comfy, had a wardrobe & desk, and the bathroom was good. We were initially put on the 3rd floor but due to mobility issues (and there being no lift) we asked to be moved down.

Breakfast was limited. It seemed expensive but probably about on par for Annecy where everything's pretty pricy.

The location is excellent, right on the main street in Annecy centre. Breakfast (€11 extra pp) was really worth it, I'd definitely advise taking it, lots of choice, lots of organic foods, fruit juices, fruit, yoghurts, lovely bread, patisseries and preserves. Our dog was welcome too. The chap on reception was super-friendly and informative about everything.

It was a pretty tiny bedroom, fine for an overnight stay however.

The staff were friendly and helped me adjust my recently purchased U.K. adaptor with a screw driver! Nothing was too much trouble. You could tell they wanted to ensure we were comfortable. Annecy is a beautiful town and this is in the heart of the old town a short walk from the lake.

Shower was small but it was very clean and the room was comfortable.

Small but just perfect! Great location - only a 2 minute walk into the old town. Clean, comfortable, a lovely breakfast and very helpful friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Nothing really - the room was quite small but it meant it was easier to pack up when it was time to check out.

We had a wonderful stay at Atipiki. The hotel was clean and comfortable, perfectly situated in the heart of the old city, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. It’s also conveniently located near the bus station, trains, and other transportation. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect in the heart of Annecy. The staff is wonderful, welcoming and helpful. The buffet breakfast is very good. The bed was very comfortable.

Without an elevator it takes an effort to get to the room with a luggage. The rooms are tiny but is OK for a short stay.
