The rooms were really spacious, very close to the city center, museums, and the lake. Paid parking was less than 5 minutes away. It was a youthful "boutique style" of decor. I was given great instructions to get into the hotel and room and have nice some arrival tea (we came in past reception hours), and they provided great recommendations for quality local establishments, not too touristy. The bed and bedding was very comfortable, there was a nice enclosed shower. The breakfast buffet was tasty and I was especially happy to have some healthy yogurt, fruits, seeds and nuts since that's not easily found & more homey, the other typical French breakfast items were very good, too. I enjoyed looking at the spaces indoors & out, I looked at their "building Le Boutik hotel" book and would have loved to know even more about the history of the building.

The lighting in the room was quite dim, I would have liked to have better night stands & lamps, maybe a brighter bulb in the overhead light & a few more hangers. A lid on the water bottle, we didn't know how long it had been there... All very minimal things.

Great location just at the end of town (not noisy and nice to have a very short walk after a meal and not to leave your hotel door to crowds of people). The beds are super comfy and the aircon effective and quiet. Bathroom modern with great shower pressure. Access to room hours before published check in and access code to property given, key waiting for us- hassle free check in. The breakfast area and terrace seemed nice but we did not use.

not a good view from our bedroom (onto a car park then side of a building wall) but didn’t bother us at all as were in the room mostly after dark. Nowhere official to place our bags after check out (as we didn’t leave town until much later that day). We were happy to leave them in the main hotel area accessed by all guests and left no valuables in it but this may not be possible for other guests so worth noting!

Good location altough we were a little nervous leaving the car in the public car park it was fine! Great location with a short walk to the restaurants, shops, bike hire and lake. Decent size bed and room shower room lovely and cute deco.

Although there were cups, a kettle and sachet teas/coffees available downstairs on arrival (self-service) there was no milk so not being able to have an English tea or white coffee on arrival, or a kettle for use in our room, was a bit of a nuisance.

I loved the funky vibe of our room, with lots of old books and a cozy chair. The huge windows overlooking the docks and lake were spell-binding. Great service, helped with touristy questions. Great tea service downstairs. Perfect location. Air-conditioned. Near a beach. Just across from the boat docks and gardens.

We couldn't completely shut the bathroom door. That might need attention. But everything was clean, spacious.

The property was in a good location close to the lake and the old town. Air-conditioning was effective. Spacious room and bathroom and comfortable bed.

This was a “boutique” hotel with a themed room - all white, which was ok however there wasn’t really a comfortable chair to sit on (there was a swing, and a cane rocking chair and a small cube pouffe.) Other rooms may be different and I did give this feedback when checking out. There was also plenty of space to have a small fridge and a jug for tea and coffee but neither were available. We felt for the price paid these could be included.

Lovely facilities, super shower, clean and comfortable. It was great having aircon in the room as it was very hot out. Perfect location near to the lake and centre of town and just a 15 minute walk from the train station. The staff were very friendly and the online check-in and checkout was very straightforward.

The decor and furnishings of the building were beautiful and very well thought out. It is a vey old building but is so stylish. Something different. We loved it!

There were a couple of minor things (but I am really picking now). No television (which you don’t actually need) and no paper bin in the bedroom. Everything else was excellent.

I loved all of the details everywhere! It makes you want to visit every room :) And of course - the location! Lovely & helpful staff

It’s minor - but having more power sources in the rooms :) And I realized that the one next to the bed wouldn’t charge when you close the lights, only to find my phone almost dead the next morning 😅 again - just minor details!

The location is hard to beat. A charming house so close to the lake and a stone's throw from the old town. The property itself is very charming. Trendy and fresh decor, lovely staff, spacious cute room. We didnt have breakfast at the hotel so I cannot comment on that but we were happy with everything.

This was a truly great place to stay in Annecy. The location is perfect, the room was very comfortable-great a/c!!! There was a lovely garden patio to enjoy breakfast and morning coffee, and the staff was so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend.
