Good location,a few nice bars and food places very local About 20 min walk in to old town, very easy and beautiful walk across the side of the lake with amazing views and very relaxing Hotel front staff are friendly and efficient, breakfast was good and worth the money Rooms were comfy and clean most the time We had a dog and the dog could go anywhere which is very helpful Restaurant food was very good and well priced for everything

WiFi is very bad, so phone is in and out all the time, Couldn’t watch tv of a night because WiFi didn’t work on the tv Only stopped 2 nights but when they made our room up they only made bed and changed towels, they left the dirty coffee mugs and wine glasses, and water glasses and didn’t refill the coffee or tea in the room

Stayed here for one night and it was a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Annecy. A beautiful walk along the lake to Annecy was a pleasure to witness the beautiful mountains that framed the relaxed waters. The room was spacious with all the amenities we needed along with fantastic black out blinds and curtains in the room. What made this trip was the service provided by the staff. Super friendly and were happy to store our luggage whilst we explored the day we were leaving.

Location is close to the lake. Although it's 15-20 min walk from the centre and most of the attractions, but the stroll alongside the lake with those fantastic views, is definitely worth it. Hotel is generally kept clean and in good condition. The windows open so you can have fresh air inside the room. Rooms are quiet.

There are not too many restaurants, bars or stores close to the hotel - we needed drinking water during the night, and we ended up ordering it through Uber eats. The breakfast was OK, nothing special but I guess it was still value for money (£15). The lighting setup in the room was poor.

The hotel is beautiful, and the breakfast area has a unique charm, like being in a fancy salon. The tables are set with fine porcelain. The food selection is plentiful and delicious, with a variety of cheeses, cold cuts, pastries, and jams... The staff is very helpful and focused on guest needs. When I needed something not available at the hotel, one of the receptionists lent me her own. Everyone was friendly and smiling, we had a great time. With a short walk along the lake, you can easily reach the city center, and the beach is just a few minutes away on foot. Merci beaucoup!

We had a wonderful stay at this cosy three-star hotel. The staff were welcoming and went above and beyond—surprising us with a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying with a good variety of options. Overall, the service was excellent, and we truly felt cared for throughout our stay.

Location to Lake Annecy and Imperial beach is amazing. Room was spacious Excellent shower facilities and warm towel rail to try swimsuits etc Brilliant air con, which was helpful as it was 37 degrees when we visited. Late night staff were lovely and served residents until midnight. Free safe in the room Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great

Only stayed one night in this hotel en-route, to our destination. We had booked two rooms. They were both clean and comfortable. In one of the rooms the air conditioning was not working well. The hotel is well located close to the shores of the lake and within a short walking distance to the centre.

The hotel only has very few private parking places available (I think only 5). There is public parking nearby but this may not be to everybody's liking.

Beautiful room with everything needed. Very comfortable bed, really good shower. Staff exceptionally helpful. Food really good both for breakfast and meals. Comfortable lounge for hot drinks during the day. This is our second visit and we will definitely stay here again. The hotel is in a quiet location, with an award winning cheese shop and chocolate shop nearby. Lots of local restaurants as well as the excellent hotel restaurant. Just 10 minutes walk along the lake side from the centre of Annecy.

Great indoor and outdoor dining areas. Breakfast buffet is limited but high quality and dinner on the small terrace was a delight. Our (accessible) room was large and comfortable.

Limited pre-bookable parking on site and on arrival we had to park more than 1km away as it was a busy evening at the lake. Our car was damaged in the car park across the road :( It's also a fair walk to the old town, though a very pleasant one.

The location is amazing. The bed was very large (much bigger than a double) with a really comfy mattress. Shower was powerful and always hot. Staff very friendly.

The room pretty much always smelled of smoke. I'm guessing they have smoking rooms (of which ours was not one of them) and due to the aircon the smoke gets moved around to non-smoking rooms too. A shame.
