The breakfast staff are very friendly, the dining room kept very clean. The food there is healthy, a good variety and I love the orange press. The receptionists were also great. When I arrived I expected the room to be noisy, being above a mall, near a waterpark, and adjacent to the elevator but it was not, it was a very quiet room with good soundproofing. I could not have chosen a better place to stay with the family to visit France, Italy & Switzerland. A supermarket in the same building, and the Pizza place in the mall is a great place to have dinner btw.

First time in an Ibis hotel, and I must say that we were extremely pleasantly surprised. The room's was right for a couple of nights. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. It overlooked the rear side of the hotel with a nice view of the mountain Saleve The continental breakfast was simple but plentiful. Some scrambled eggs would have been nice

Great location, comfortable beds, plenty of parking, generous choice for breakfast, nearby local restaurants, attached to a shopping centre, free entry to the Vitam and discount for the spa. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. Nice interior design

I spent 5 nights at the hotel and it would have been nice to have a better storage area for my clothes. I had to use the floor space

Extra friendly and helpful staff, made us feel very welcome indeed, they happily accommodated our request for adjacent rooms and gave us towels for the waterpark (a wonderful perk getting free waterpark tickets!)

The breakfast didn't serve any vegetables whatsoever, we found it quite odd but we only stayed 1 night, maybe it was like that just on the morning we happened to be there.

Free tickets to aquapark! Great feel of the hotel, excellent complimentary tea and cofee in the lobby. You can bring your food and have a snack there.. Near to the airport. Big clean room. Airconditioning. Breakfast early (06:00) and plentiful. Shopping mall with big Migros. Free parking aplenty. I loved this hotel!

Only one card for 3 people to open the room.. and you cant go up the elevator without the card... it got us in some trouble... no kettle in the room, no fridge (but we were allowed to put some food in the hotels refrigerator).

Rooms were simple but very comfortable beds, staff were nice, lobby area really nice with lego for kids to play with, games, coffee and croissants for the adults. We went for the aqua park which had loads of different areas and our kids really enjoyed. Would recommend.

The connected pool at the mall/center next door was pretty amazing, even though the outdoor wasn't open when we went. I wish I could have stayed long enough to do the climbing wall! The elevators were impressively fast and smooth The breakfasts were amazing, with lots of variety (IMO) Being attached to a mall was pretty awesome, because we were able to shop without going far at all. Every single staff was amazing, ESPECIALLY the woman working for breakfast with the short dark hair!! She took time to explain to us about Yvoire and what to visit, as well as gave us the option of another pass through the buffet before she put things away, and also told us when the pain au chocolat and croissants would be FRESH out of the oven. 🤤🤤

The breakfast room was very noisy, even with nobody in it - no sound dampening, so every fork or glass clink, every sound from the kitchen, all echoed noisily through the room. Sound dampening in there would be helpful. The attached pool/aquatic and health center was somewhat frustrating in that it was no re-entry, didn't allow bringing your own food in, and their food's prices at their bistro were very expensive. That meant you had to plan your day and food/eating around it, and had to get your swimming fun in all at once instead of walking back next door to the hotel and back as needed.

We have used the hotel many times and have always had a great stay. The staff are aleays friendly, helpful and proffesional.

The smell from the basin, and shower drains was dreadful. A little bleach from the cleaning staff would go a long way to improving that. The floor get gets absolutly soaked as there is no shower door and the shower mat isn't up to the job of mopping up h excesss water that flows out.

Great breakfast, fab location when the aim of the stay is to you the Vitam facilities as you can even get to the pool without going outside. Expensive hotel yes, but you then entry to the Vitam pool is included which brings the price down reasonably.

One of the window locks was broken so the window did not shut correctly: 3rd floor with a push out window felt a bit dangerous with my 4 and 8 year olds. Noise from neighbouring bedrooms coming through this incorrectly shut window.

The leisure facilities on site & the view from the room was magnificent

The breakfast was slightly unorganised they probably could do with more staff on at that time. However the staff that were on were extremely courteous & helpful.
