a very short walk to from the train station and all the affordable restaurants is right next door. It is a great place to stay if you are looking to go sightseeing in Geneva for a day or two as you can reach the Geneva tram in 8 minutes walk and save a lot from staying outside of the city. The room and bathroom was spacious, clean and new.The bed was comfy and the soap provided was of great quality. The hotel front door requires a keycard to get in as well.

The 1st floor elevator area and the elevator smell like trash. Im not sure if this is something considered normal but the hotel staff did put an effort on trying to spray it with something but kinda made it worse.

Great location, close to the Annemasse station which is close to Geneva, connects France really well and offers the chance to explore French Alps and the villages/towns near the Alps. Breakfast was good for our expectations. There was a microwave available to sterilise bottles for my baby and heat up baby food in the kitchen. There were high chairs available to use during breakfast. Staff was smiley and helpful. There is a bar area where you can sit with company to chat or play something. Our baby crawled by the Christmas tree and it was not a problem. Cleaning of room daily. Overall, great value for money!

There was no baby cot available for the time we visited. Apparently they have two and both were taken by other guests. Bad luck. However, we were provided with a cot mattress instead which was useful.

Automated check-in if you come in late, which was very convenient for us as we came after midnight. Good location if you are planning to visit Mont Blanc or Geneva. Room was spacey and clean. Good room service. Fantastic breakfast with lot of choices. Nice hotel for it's price.

Room should have got some normal cups not the paper ones and we had no refrigerator. We had a mini Europe trip with our car, it would have been nice to cool drinks before our remaining journey. Also hotel had little bit problems with cold water. We got only hot water from the tap, but it's just a small problem. Anyway I recommend it.

The Staff at the Reception were friendly and helpful, they even accepted me at around 11:00a.m before the actual checking time. The rooms are neat and clean and provided with clean towels and tea and coffee for self made. I will always lodge here and recommend to friends and family.

we checked-in past 2pm; the receptionist had given to us a room that is still being cleaned; other rooms were already cleaned and she did not coordinate with the cleaner if our room is already ready, before assigning it to us; no one was at the reception from 6.30 to 7. 14am so we just left our keys

Accommodating stuff and it is one of few or the only one to offer pay on property, which is awesome for foreigners with visa card limitations.

They weren't flexible on the check-in time, we arrived at 10 am but were forced to wait until 2 pm

Friendly staff, not so much for english speaking but they still try their best to assist you :) very close to the train station and in the middle of a mall with lots of restaurants around, breakfast was good.

The vending machine, they only accept cash and $3 euro for a small cheap bottle of water?

It was clean, the staff were friendly and there was a car park nearby. Breakfast was good. It is good value for money and ideal for an overnight stop when you are travelling. There are plenty of places to eat close by and supermarkets.

Location is the best, closed to the main center and markets, also rooms are equipped with AC and bathrooms with enough space

The carpet on the floor is old, needs to be changed. Also there is no manual lockers inside the rooms for the doors, so the cleaners can open the door with their master key any time they want, unless you put the No disturb sign.

The place was clean and the room was very comfortable. Everything announced was found. Just next to the bus station and very easy to get to the downtown of Geneva. Good value for money. Recommended.

The neighbourhood was not the best. it wasn't very comfortable to go out late at night. nothing happened, but it didn't feel too safe.
