The room was really spacious and beautiful. Overall, the hotel was very clean and nice. The room was cute and I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. There also was a nice desk and fridge, bonus! It was very close to the tram stop and I was given a city transportation pass so I didn't have to pass for any public transportation. That was really nice. Be aware it is not near many eateries and not much to walk to so you'll have to go out either by tram or car.

Overall, the room and hotel were lovely, I would definitely stay again. My only qualms were that when I first checked in there was hair all over the bed, not a big deal, I just assumed it was from the cleaning staff as everything, including all of the bedding and bathrooms were freshly cleaned. I did have an issue with my sink not draining properly and when trying to inspect the stopper, it went down and I had no way to pull it back out. So the water would not drain at all. I called the front desk multiple times but no one ever picked up. I went down and told the guy at the desk and he said he would be up soon but never showed. So for my last night, I couldn't use the sink and had to do everything in the shower.

This hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and well-built—super modern in all the best ways. There’s plenty of space everywhere, with just the right proportions. The design is so seamless you barely notice it, which is perfection in my book. It’s spotlessly clean—honestly, the value you get here far exceeds the price. Our stay included airport transfers, breakfast, gym access, a sauna, free public transport around the city, and a few other perks I can’t even recall—talk about a sweet deal! 😌 The tram stop is just a short walk away, and in 10 minutes, you’re right in the heart of Geneva—so convenient. From the airport, it’s a quick 5-minute ride on their fantastic shuttle. The staff? Absolute stars. So friendly and welcoming—huge thanks to them for their amazing efforts. It’s that famous Geneva quality: top-notch service everywhere, and you feel it the moment you step into this hotel.

We only stayed for one day. Honestly, you need at least a few days to fully enjoy it!

Really kind and helpful reception staff, spacious and comfortable room, free airport shuttle, and a transport card provided for the entire stay. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the city centre by tram, which is very convenient. Overall, I would happily stay here again.

A few things could be improved: the vegetarian breakfast options were limited, and the automatic blind system in the room was confusing as it shut down around 10 am, making it difficult to adjust. The TV could benefit from Netflix access or a few more English channels, though this is a minor detail. The main disappointment was the lack of a facility to refill drinking water - only a couple of bottles were provided in the fridge. For a hotel of this standard, I believe unlimited drinking water should be available in the reception area.

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They gave us extra pillows and towels when we asked and upgraded our room for us at check in! The room was large, clean and very comfortable with good amenities including a safe and a fridge. Parking downstairs was very reasonable with the hotels discount and convenient being able to take the lift from the car park directly to your room. Location is also super convenient with Trams to the city centre a 5 minute walk and 15 minute ride and the free bus shuttle running every 20 minutes to the airport a great touch. Compared to the ‘larger’ named brands close by, this hotel is the one I’d return to.

The breakfast (while otherwise nice and not as limited as I was expecting) did always seem to be a little cold, especially the bacon. This was the case at two breakfasts in a row at around 7am. A little more choice and some smaller quantities but more frequently added fresh food could work.

There's a free transfer service from the airport to the hotel, but we didn't use the hotel's shuttle. Bus number 28 departs from the airport exit and stops at the Casa Bamba stop, 100 meters from the hotel. We arrived at the hotel with great ease. Receptionist Tony welcomed us at the hotel. He was very friendly and helpful. He patiently answered our questions and helped us settle in quickly. Our messages on Booking.com were read and taken into consideration. We were given a room on a higher floor, away from the elevators and in a quiet corridor. We had to inform reception about daily room cleaning, which we did, and our room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was extremely fresh, varied, and delicious. Omelets can be prepared upon request, so we requested one, and it was brought to our table. Breakfast included a variety of teas, coffees, cheeses, salads, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, croissants, toast, fruit salads, yogurts, dried fruits, nuts, quiches, and many other options I couldn't even imagine. The hotel is very close to the airport, and we used the free shuttle for our return. There's a stop for trams 14 and 18 right in front of the hotel, making it very easy to access the city center with your free transportation card. On our last day, we had trouble opening the safe. For some reason, it wouldn't accept our password. We called reception afterward, but Tony came three times, took care of it, and resolved the issue. We had to leave about half an hour late for this reason. Nearby are cafeterias and well-known supermarket chains Lidl, Denner, and Coop. I recommend using them for shopping. There's also a Balexert shopping center just one tram station away, so we were able to meet our needs there. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There's a free coffee and tea maker in the room. There's a safe and enough storage space. The room was adequate for a 3-4 day stay.

The room only had one window, so another was needed. This made the room even more unbearable. Second, the spoons and forks at breakfast appeared to be inadequately cleaned. I'm very certain that spoons and forks should be cleaned more carefully, and there should be no food residue left on them.

The rooms were nice and comfortable, we asked for additional pillows and they arrived very quickly, decent air-con and good surroundings with shops and places to eat, also good public transport links just 2 mins up the road! Also close to the airport and the free airport shuttle was a bonus there and back.

We initially used the self check in machines, albeit a long winded process but once we got to the end it through an error so we then had to queue at the reception, this was a long process and wait. The clearing down of tables at breakfast, this was also slow, we walked in to almost every table being full of plates and unclean, yet the restaurant was half empty (although to be fairer, it did also seem understaffed)

The hotel is well located and there is a tram in front of it. The building is new and modern. The staff is polite and helpful. However, we went in March and unfortunately the heating system in the room was only blowing cold air. We reported this and they tried to help us, but the situation was the same in the new room we went to. So, the central heating system was probably off. However, the room was very cold in the morning. This may not be a big deal for guests coming from northern countries, but it is a serious problem for those coming from southern countries and wanting a warm room. Other than that, it is a nice hotel

Very nice location, next to the airport but also next to tram station to go to the center. Very nice view from our hotel room, and very comfortable and modern hotel room.. Spa and free transport card for the days of our stay. Free bus to take us to the airport. Friendly staff in general. Easy and quick check in and check out. Breakfast was good, although they put some foods from the previous day so they weren't fresh always. Overall I would definitely like to visit again!

Although they said that we have to ask at the reception if we want our room to be cleaned, otherwise noone will come in our room, one day before our departure they got into our room only to change pillows. As we didnt know they will get in, we had our stuff here and there, and it wasnt nice that someone got in when we didnt expect. On top of that, they didnt put us new toilet paper although it was almost finished, they didnt clean, didnt take the trash although they were full, and they spilled a honey I had but didnt clean it, so when I got back I realized that some stuff on the table had honey and on the floor so I had to clean it myself. Also, I didnt like that we could not open the window for some fresh air. Last, the driver of the bus wasn't polite, but maybe he had a bad day.
