We had two bedrooms apartment. Nice and spacious. Cooking facilities and fridge. All essentials we had, dinning table and tv. Heating was very good

We had three young children and they put us in the 7th floor. The lift only went upto 6- we had to walk a flight of stairs which was difficult with three under four years old. The stairs were very steep. Cleaning was only done once a week. We had to self clean the place. We did ask if our bedsheets can be changed before the week and they did. They left a pair of extra bedsheets for us.

We come here every year and we always have a great experience. The lady on reception is extra lovely and helpful. The apartments are kept well and super comfortable and quiet. Super close to Geneva as well without paying Geneva prices.

The location of the hotel is opposite the public transport station. The apartments are comfortable and have an equipped kitchen where you can prepare food. The sleeping sheets are clean.

The hygiene of the toilet was not at a high level. There are no telephone or other device sockets in the bedroom in an appropriate place. The reception is open very briefly during the day.

All was amazing. Man in reception is super nice!!! And in room was all what we could need. Two rooms. Tv, fridge, bed, a lot of kitchen stuff. All was perfest. We was there 5days. Recomend!!!

Only that there is no place for car so we allways search for some spot where to put near hotel.

Location was next to the tram stop, a lot of food options nearby and room was clean and as seen in the pictures. The guy in the reception was very helpful and excellent in his work.

Check in time can be earlier than 16:30.

I stayed with my family and the most thing I liked is the location. Very centrally located for shopping, catching the tramp. Since it is in France, very convenient to visit super market and one could go for walk peacefully.

Front Office attendant has very precise timing and if you arrival late, make sure you have someone who can speak France or call hotel before you arrive. One group of France people helped us as we reached at around 10 pm.

The room was spacious, it was clean, located near the tram station. Very convenient. There is also a butchery near the residence.

cleaning should be frequent even for people who stay three days

Location, access to public transport and cleanliness of the room.

I only wish the hotel could allow for late checkout as a bonus to its customers who would have stayed for a long period.

Check in was easy and convenient, I was in time so received keys and code at reception, though they already sent instructions with entry code for late check in, spacious apartment was neat and clean, good location, so many local shops around,

parking space was to manage but manageable.

It is convenient for persons with business in Geneva. The trams are literally across the road and there were two supermarkets within walking distance.

The closet could have had more clothes hangers and storage shelves
