My particular room size and layout exceeded expectations because not only was it big, but it had a separate kitchen with a door and the picture on the site indicated my room night include the kitchen in the living area itself. Any appliance you required was included: electric kettle, induction stove with 2 burners, excellent refrigerator (not just a "beverage chiller"), mini dishwasher, microwave, and (American style?) standard coffee maker. Kitchen also included plates, cups, glasses, silverware, and pots/pans. If laundry is required, there are machines on the floor. Apartment was very clean! There was a tower fan which was very necessary due to the hot weather. The TV and channel selection was perfect, AND the TV itself had a USB-C connector which allowed me to recharge my device battery for phone and iPad, since I had forgotten an adapter and wasn't sure if I should buy an EU or Swiss version (NOTE: the hotel itself has France Type-E outlets which also accept Type C plugs. If you're also going between Switzerland and/or riding the trains, you should also be able to use a Type C plug for both if you don't have a universal adapter). The location is in a diverse neighborhood of Annemasse, and is near many restaurants, bars, and retail stores. Across the street you can find a Monoprix for groceries. It's a quick 5 minute walk from the Annemasse train station, and about 45-60 min to the Geneva Airport depending on your connections. In the other direction you can hop on and be in Evian-les-Bains in about 40 minutes. To US visitors hoping to stock up on French skincare: the local Pharmacie selection isn't as robust as larger cities, and is generally more expensive. I only happened to walk by a store called Parashop Annemasse, which doesn't come up under "Pharmacies" in Google Maps. I recommend shopping here first, because they had the best selection and prices for notable French beauty brands in the area.

There was a smell of heavy men's cologne in the room when I first checked in, but I managed to air it out by opening the windows for a while. :D I was very grateful for the fan in the hot weather, but it might be good for older visitors to know in advance there is no air conditioning in case they aren't as tolerant to heat.

The personal is very helpful. The apartment is large and has a little kitchen with everything to prepare food. The location is very good: 5 minutes from railway station, 10 minutes to Lidl, the supermarket Monoprix is in front of the hotel

The hotel is located in the district where people speak loudly on the street after 22h. Sometimes, we should close the window as it wasn't easy to fall asleep. Maybe the rooms with the windows to the yard had it better, don't know. But we were so tired, so it wasn't so much uncomfortable for us.

Clean apartment, well located just a few minutes from the train/bus station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The beds were comfortable and the facilities ample. Soap, toilet paper and clean towels were provided. The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, a stovetop, an electric kettle, a microwave oven and a small dishwasher. some welcome treats were provided (tea, instant coffee powder and biscuits).

Although not mandatory, the apartment could feature some spices and seasonings to facilitate meal prep.

Location was perfect for us as was a stop to get to Annecy the next day, coming in late was very easy and the team were very helpful with my questions! Room was tidy and clean, could stay for multiple nights as there was a small kitchen, bed was a bit uncomfortable but similar to other budget stays. Close to shops, bars, fast food.

I get why, but the deposit is super steep and if you have a bank account in a different currency you might lose money from changing currency rates day to day. Bathroom pipes had a smell coming up from them that was unpleasant.

*The room was very clean. *The Wi-Fi worked without any issues. *The bed was surprisingly comfortable for me (5'5", 55kg) (I used my own pillow, though). *No traffic could be heard with the windows closed. *The blinds worked great and allowed me to sleep in near darkness. *The cooking appliances, fridge and silverware, while not perfect, were serviceable enough for a short stay.

The soundproofing wasn't the greatest. I had to ask to change room due to hearing noise from the AC from a neighboring building at night and in the morning. Luckily, the staff was very nice and obliged. I was far less disturbed by the noise afterwards. It wasn't perfect, though, as I likely got woken up a couple of times due to people in other units moving chairs (I'm a light sleeper even though I use ear plugs). A simple and cheap fix would be to glue some felt underneath the chairs in all units.

The courtesy advanced by the Reception team especially on my first day. The demonstration of professionalism in handling of the queries and the speed of implementation of corrective actions.

Just a few things missing here and there. The door locking mechanism need to be to avoid the manual aspect after swiping the keys. The Reception area is small, I would suggest that the area be modified to provide ample sitting space for visitors.

Loved it here, it was safe, clean, staff were accommodating and friendly. Late check in the logistics was very straightforward as well’ had no issues

- lots of space in the room - close to train station, shops and restaurants/bar - incredibly quiet and dark (when windows closed) - kitchenette well stocked

- rooms were very warm even with fan provided

nice hotel to stay! there is clean, cosy beds, nice coffee house to sit in the morning! the reception is always there to help you! we liked it very much, especially enormous bathroom)))
