The position is perfect, right in front of the train station and near the parking where you can get 30% off through the hotel. The staff members are all really nice and friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was very good. The rooms are clean and the wifi works great.

For those who have dinner included, the menu is the same every evening and therefore quite monotonous given that there are not many options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Even the food portions for the entire week we stayed were also different every night.

Very close to Geneva, and also airport. Annemasse station is just in front of the Hotel, so it was very easy to getting around. There are so much of night life, however I don't usually get out during night time. Train station is in 1 minuet from hotel exit, so I could take relaxed breakfast. Good service.

There was a train strike in French side so that was a little difficult for foreign tourist to handle the situation. Tram way was available from Swiss side so it was KO but took 50 minuets from Geneva, instead of 20. Well its not any fault of the Hotel.

Location is good, breakfast was amazing, very clean and well maintained rooms. facilities in room were amazing. will definitely stay here again.

Rooftop was not accessible if you didn’t want to have a drink at bar there. the staff told us that it’s not a museum and we had to have a drink to be there. thankfully there is a nice lively area behind the hotel, where we could go out for a walk and enjoy, without having to buy anything. Parking is a bit far from hotel to carry luggage, but we managed to park near the hotel and load unload our luggage and then park the car in parking building.

Has a very comfortable bed, the hotel was clean, nice staff, good shower and bathroom. Also has a nice gym though small and roof top bar at the top. Perfect location as it’s right across from the train station !

The room was extremely small and I couldn’t put my luggage anywhere but we could make do, better for a weekend trip with a small suit case. The body gel pump was broken so had to wash with shampoo. Also the mini bar was a bit warm rather than Cold

It was a fairly new and modern hotel

Staff too young and fresh (needs a lot of training & experience) Laundry took 5days to be delivered back . I dont need a reply, it will only be self serving.

We liked the east access by train to Geneva center. Our room was very comfortable; our cat was welcomed; breakfast was great with everything you could possibly want. There was a lovely bar/lounge/restaurant area on the ground floor. The parking was very nearby and discounted by the hotel. Our room on the seventh floor had a lovely view.

The rooftop bar/restaurant was closed when we were there (Sunday and Monday nights)

The bed was very comfortable, the location was good with cafes, supermarkets, train station and tram stop all within walking distance and easy access to Geneva. Fridge and kettle in the room with tea/coffee is always welcome. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

Could have done with an iron in the room and some conditioner (there was only shampoo and shower gel), and would have liked a room service menu in the room.

Novotel Annemasse Centre hotel is located near Annemasse's train station but also close to the city center. Initially I was afraid that the noise from the nearby train station would be disturbing but this is very much not the case. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. For those who have the chance, please visit the rooftop bar. To fall in love with the view.

Location next to station. Breakfast. Roof top bar. Staff. Resteraunt. Beds. Lights. USB connectors all round. Fridge and safe in room.

Paper cups in rooms. No mugs or cutlery. Bought mugs for tea and they were removed each morning, had to go and retrieve them. Staff very apologetic and helpful!

The food was good and we could not have been more satisfied.

The ticket from GVA to Annemasse bought from the Booking.com website was deemed invalid and we were fined 100 euros. Not only were we charged 2x10FRS for a journey which going back was 2x4.98 euros - the former were day passes,allegedly! - we had to cough up 100 euros fine. either booking.com mis-sold or the ticket collector couldn't read the ticket. Not at all happy.
