Location, pristine room. Proximity to local restaurants.

Unfortunately, the spa access was not allowed (excepting people having treatments), and the indoor pool was closed. 2 of their restaurants were closed, too. A bit pricey given limited facilities.

The concierge staff were exceptional - very willing to help and friendly. The waiting staff were variable, from the stand offish to the efficient but not welcoming Best of all was the outdoor pool. Our room opened out directly onto the pool area and it was heaven.

The value for money is questionable. This will not be a concern for the foreign dignataries but was for us. There is also the sense that individual guests are a side concern to the large cohorts of people in attendance for diplomatic, trade or other business

The Hotel was very clean and the staff courteous and friendly. It was also very modern from a 1980's style. I had a gorgeous view of lake Geneva. The food was excellent.

The Room Key electronics were not working correctly, so they could NOT give each guest a card key fore their room. As a result, they sent a concierge member up to the room to unlock it each time that a guest needed access to their room. The design was very modern, which in my opinion made ti almost sterile looking or maybe better described as stark.

The President Wilson Hotel is exceptional in every way. The staff was very professional since the second we checked in until we checked out. The food was full of variety to satisfy all tastes, and it was very high quality food too. The whole theme of the hotel was modern and the flower arrangements was gorgeous to suit the Fall season.

That the hotel doesn't have a hair and nails salon which is a priority in Geneva.

Lovely recreational area by the pool, overlooking the Lake. Breakfast exceptional. Staff first class for help and service.

A little away from the centre of things, and food and wine v expensive. However we are seeing that everywhere in Europe, double the cost of the same in Australia.

- The while staff was very kind and welcoming, especially Emma, Arthur, Maxime, Agusto, and the whole concierge staff. - The cleanness of the room, and the daily housekeeping.

- Nothing.

Beautiful location opposite Lake Geneva, a short walk from the town centre. The room was very quiet, with a huge window you could open wide! The bed was super big and extremely comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped, although the shower over the bath was a bit narrow. The concierge desk was very helpful and thoughtful, going out of their way to organise a trip to Yvoire for me, and reception was quick and friendly. They also were excellent when I realised I'd left a bag of dresses in the hotel after we'd moved on. They located the bag and posted it to me quickly. The hotel is close to the main station, Cornavin, and there are some great restaurants in the back streets between hotel and station.

the breakfast was amazing and the staff was so helpful when we asked for breakfast in the room, they did it with pleasure

Good room with very comfortable bed, pillows, and sheets. No problem with A/C and the bathroom was functional with plenty of storage. Ability to block all light for sensitive sleepers and the room was very quiet. The pool is pretty awesome and you can eat/drink right by the pool. Checkin and checkout were quick and easy.

The location is a 10 min uber ride 15-20 min walk from most of the best restaurants and shopping in Geneva. Also its very windy just outside the hotel so if you have taken the time to look nice be careful.

Breakfast was really good, huge variety offered. Only criticism is you have to ask for the hot dishes and no menu. I wanted baked beans and they said they always have just in case but wasn't mentioned when I asked. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
