the room, facilities and staff were all really good, the only downside was the noise from the street until early hours of morning, but that is not fault of the property, its just the location

The rooms are basic, but functional and clean. There’s a kitchenette, which means you can prepare basic food (breakfast is in the Novotel next door, and 36CHF…) The bed was comfortable, check-in and out easy (check in next door at the Novotel too). Not bad at all, beats more conventional cheap Geneva with more limited room.

The curtains didn’t block out all the light in the morning, which was irritating. There’s a certain amount of noise from the street at night, but not a problem if you can keep the window closed. Rooms right on the corner can get really warm during the day as both walls are exposed to the sun.

The room was a double hotel style with a shower room and walk in shower. The basin was tiny but adequate. The kitchen area was very small with little space to prepare anything. It had a microwave and kettle with sink. It was pretty basic but exactly as described. I stayed for two nights so found it adequate for my needs. It was a short walk to the station and buses and also close to the lake. You could walk into the old town in 25 minutes but buses are available. I was pleasantly surprised to find the room was serviced being a studio and separate from the hotel.

A tea towel would have been useful to dry dishes. As the room was serviced it wasn't absolutely necessary as, being alone, I had the advantage of double quantity of plates etc for my use.

Check-in is handled by NOVOTEL hotel adjacent to the property. This was not stated in the booking details but is indicated on the door of the property. Novotel staff were very courteous and efficient. Breakfast was provided by Novotel and served in their bar behind the reception desk ( described as 'express breakfast' and consisted of 1 glass of fruit juice, one yoghurt, 2 pastries, a banana and a choice of coffee or tea. The room itself was basic but more than adequate for a short break in Geneva and had a separate kitchen area with a microwave, fridge, sink, cutlery, crockery, waste bin, storage cupboards. The room overlooked a busy junction and was noisy with the windows open but fine with them closed. The ventilation system was fairly quiet and kept the room fairly cool at night. (not air conditioned) Access to the property is by the room key-card from the street. There are 2 security doors to pass through to get to the lift.

Being very close to the city centre, the district is very busy with cars, buses, and pedestrians all day and well into the night. The next block is a red light area so there's some colourful characters around but seems to be well controlled and police cars patrol the area regularly. I didn't see any trouble during my 5 night stay.

We had a great stay at this studio in Geneva! The location is excellent — right next to the Manor shopping mall and within walking distance to the town center and train station. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

On our last day, there was an issue with the hot water, but the host was responsive and apologetic, which we appreciated. Overall, a convenient and pleasant place to stay in Geneva. Would definitely recommend!

I am a repeated guest in this place because it is centrally located close to the lake, railway station and public transportation stops, is a good economic option with a small kitchenette. It has all the basics for a solo independent traveller who is coming back to work and sleep. a great value for money in Geneva.

no major issues. sometimes it is a bit noisy on the street during the night but I got a quite room and was sleeping with closed windows, so my sleep was not disturbed at all.

I've repeatedly stay in the same place because of the good value for money, possibility to have your own coffee (if you buy or bring your ground coffee from home), microwave and a good size of the room with a desk/bed, separate kitchenette and bathroom. It is better than Ibis budget and has amazing locality next to train station, lake and restaurants (and I do not mind a vibrant mini red district next door)

this time there were two maintenance issues (elevator did not work for an hour or so; internet did not work properly for one night). also, there is a regular challenge with getting the free Geneva transportation card; the staff now is aware but do not proactively address it until you go to the reception and ask for a print out (it does not help that they say that the glitch is not with them, it's only for booking.com clients etc).

A big room in a location pretty close to the center of Geneva. The only small problem there is that was in the heart of the Red Light District of Geneva, but the girls around weren't troublesome so it was good.

There were missing some facilities in the Apartment to make it even easier to have a nice day. But since I didn't cook at all, because I was for work, I didn't found it problematic!

Location: Right at the heart of the city. Central bus and train stations (Cornavin) are 5 minutes’ walk. Geneva lake is under 10 minutes. There are many shops and restaurants around. Staff: Check-in, check-out, luggage storage etc are at nearby Novotel. The staff there were really helpful. Swiss power outlets are different than EU. The staff helped us charge our power banks multiple times. Facilities: The building is a little old. The facilities are basic but they worked efficiently. Registered hotels in Geneva provide free travel pass for the entire stay. So, inside Geneva, you can take any public transport including boats (moulettes) on the lake. This hotel provided that before we arrived. Room: The room was pretty large. It was good enough our 2 nights’ stay.

We paid over £200 British pounds (plus City tax) for 2 nights in Oct 2023. It surely is not cheap but then again, Geneva is an expensive city.

I stay in the hotel when I want to have an economic option and be next to train station / next to restaurants (Paquis) and have my own breakfast. This is ideal - all facilities needed are here - iron, internet, kitchenette, a desk and work space, etc. This time probably I got the largest apartment there is. During my first time, I did not fully understand where to get the key (it is around the corner from the Novotel) but it is actually very easy

The apartment I got was towards an inner court yard, which was normally quiet, except one night when a party started in morning hours not far away with a very very loud music and very little that I could do. It is the second time that the hotel says that they provide me with a public transport card but I cannot receive it - the hotel should check their system.
