- Excellent location in Geneva city centre - close to all main sights and public transport - Room was clean, modern and had all the facilities expected of a 4 star hotel - with special mention to the lovely shower - Breakfast was adequate with lots of varieties - both hot and cold - Most importantly; all the staff in the hotel were amazing and extremly helpful - including the receptionists and breakfast staff - they made us feel very welcome and always had great smiles on their faces 10 out of 10 rating - well done!!

It was nice to be pretty central in Geneva, close to the train station and also surrounded by a lot of really good food options. The room was spacious, comfortable and had a lot of options for different lighting in the room (day/night/lamp settings etc), blinds and storage. The tv had screen mirroring too so we were able to stream tv shows we wanted to watch during our stay. The little amenity packets in the bathroom were appreciated and a lovely touch.

Water escaped from the shower quite easily since the bathroom is flat and the shower isn’t in a basin, just separated by a door from the rest of the bathroom. Water also escaped from the shower onto the carpet in the room which meant that after the shower the carpet in front of the bathroom was just wet. The hotel is opposite a strip club and seems like there’s hookers that sit around the corner near the laundromat too, didn’t cause any issues but something to be aware if you’re coming with young family. Because of that the area initially felt a little sketchy but we had no bad experience in the day or at night and everyone was quite pleasant in the area.

Even with a junior suite, the room was still pretty small - but i again its fairly expected in cities, but i still thought for a suite the room should have been a little larger. But the staff and location made up for this.

100% return rate ! The Service has been outstanding. All interactions with staff were friendly, very professional and client oriented. The rooms were very clean, well equipped – the rainforest shower was a real rain forest. The rooms are typically seized for Switzerland, very nice and practical decorated. The breakfast has everything you need and the scrambled eggs made of real eggs and not from Tetra pack. You could smell, taste and hear it from the kitchen. I can only recommend this hotel, as it is not far away from the central station, short walk to Lake Geneva and high value for the price and the overall experience. Important to know that with date 23/07/24 Google Street View does not show the new and fully refurbished hotel, but the former one. Do not be afraid to book this because of this. Very close to the hotel there a multiple restaurants providing you several different geographical food options.

I loved how it was in the city and we could walk everywhere including the lake area and the train station The hotel was very cute boutique style It’s very clean and quiet with friendly staff Service was quick too

The area was a little scary to walk - although nothing happened but we were uncomfortable to walk especially late at night Strippers standing at the corners and guys that didn’t give good vibes Closer to the lake was better atmosphere and area Everything got better as we entered the hotel lobby though- very safe, calm and comfortable stay inside

there was a construction in front of the hotel that was very loud. I missed baked beans at breakfast. coffee was also not very good. cleaners forgot to leave clean towels and left plastic bag with garbage on the floor.

The hotel is close to the main train station and also the central bus station. It’s 800m to get the city center by walk. Our room was so clean and the staff is always helpful & smiley. We had breakfast at the hotel and I can say as a Turkish people, breakfast bufet is really enough :) Liquid soap that they use in the rooms is amazing! Smell of the soap makes you feel like you’re in a lavender garden.

The only thing I can recommend to the hotel is building bigger gardrobes in rooms :)

First of all, the location is excellent — the train station is right next door. Secondly, the hotel has air conditioning, a modern design, and a room that I really liked. I would definitely stay here again next time!

However, the variety of breakfast options at the hotel was quite limited, and I would suggest improving this.

Hotel is superb, a short walk from the train station (onwards to airport 8 mins) and the lake....and old town where we walked and ate out. Nothing negative to say whatsoever, location, staff, rooms, facilities, style, cozyness...all perfect. PS - I'm not being paid for this!

Breakfast (hot) wasn't hot which is the only single issue.....but we did find this in common with all the hotels we stayed in Switzerland.
