The staff were most welcoming and helpful. The decoration and general interior are nicely styled. Our room was larger as we had an additional bed for our son. There was plenty of space particularly good wardrobes. The curtains did a great job of keeping out the sunlight. The location is fantastic, being close to the main station and there’s a tram stop right outside. It’s also close to the Bain de Paquis and the lakefront, and easy to get to the old town.

The rooms can get hot in Summer, as a result of Geneva’s environmental policy to restrict aircon use.

Took a while to reach from the bus terminal. But it's near the train station which made the trip to the airport super easy. Right next to a supermarket and plenty of restaurants around, with different cuisines. Staff were friendly, check in and out efficient. Lobby was welcoming to me as I had been staying in airbnba for the past few nights. I loved our room. Think it was one of the newly renovated ones. So everything was clean. And it was spacious once the sofa bed was folded back into a sofa. Price a little steep, but within the range of expectation for Switzerland.

Shower cubicle did leak water out to the area beside the wash basin. Believe it is an isolated sealant issue.

I celebrated my birthday at this hotel — and it was absolutely magical! From the very beginning, I could feel how much the staff cares about their guests. Everyone was incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive, and they truly made me feel special. My room was spacious and very cozy. I especially loved the jacuzzi, the soft white bathrobes and slippers — perfect details for a relaxing stay. The balcony had a comfortable lounge chair and a table with chairs where I enjoyed my morning coffee while taking in the view. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged to create a comfortable and festive atmosphere. This place left me with only the best memories. I will definitely come back — and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is situated within a short walking distance away from Geneve Cornavin Station or 1 Tram stops away, with the hotel is conveniently located in front of the tram stop. For staying in the hotel, the guests were given a Geneve Transport Card that enables them to take public transport in Geneve, such as bus, tram, for free. The hotel room assigned to us was spacious, clean, with comfy beds. The room was also equipped with various amenities, including a capsule coffee machine, and a still water bottle provided for the first day of staying. The hotel is situated in front of a COOP, which is very convenient for grabbing some light snacks. Will stay again in this hotel in the future when visiting Geneve.

Only small thing, the shower and sink has 2 manual knobs for different water temperature (cold and hot). To get a desired temperature, each knob must be set manually and separately, which is slightly inconvenient. Probably the hotel can consider to change to water knobs to a modern styles that is easier to use.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The air con worked really well at keeping the room cool. Good soundproofing, no disturbance from the adjacent rooms. The breakfast was really nice, and there was plenty of seating. Good location with a tram stop outside, and only a five minute walk from the train station.

The bed was a bit uncomfy but not too bad. The shower design made it hard not to make a mess of water on the floor, no surprise the bathroom door frame was rotting.

Wonderful hotel! We had a fabulous stay in a large suite. We felt the true spirit of Switzerland. A nice bonus were the cards for all types of public transport, we didn't have to look for them. The breakfast was rich and impeccable. Very nice hotel staff. Not very convenient parking at first glance, but the hotel staff did everything so that we didn't feel it. We were passing through Geneva for 1 day, so we chose a hotel with a good location and we were not mistaken. Everything is within walking distance, including the train station.

Loved the Swiss welcoming and the beautiful scent of the hotel. The Classic room was excellent, perfect size for a solo traveller. The gym facilities were good ,& the steam room. The sauna was not in use.

The bar staff were not transparent with the pricing of drinks. All hotel residents receive a 15%discount. Unfortunately, this was omitted from my drinks bill on both occasions. I ordered drinks. I only received the discount when I requested a receipt and noted that the 15% discount was not applied.

The hotel is literally 5 mins walk from main train station. The hotel entrance/foyer is immaculate. Staff were very pleasant & quick to check in. The lovely man we had was very knowledgeable and friendly. The room we had was on the first floor, it was a good sized double. Housekeeping were lovely. Made our beds daily and gave us fresh towels & topped up toiletries. Fridge in the room which was good for keeping our fruit & water chilled for our excursions the following day. Added benefit, a travel card is emailed to you a few days before your visit to give you transport from airport and around Geneva during your stay 5/5

Honestly nothing I didn’t like

The hotel also provides a Geneva Transport Card for all adult guests, giving free access to public transport within the canton of Geneva. It has a good location—within walking distance of Geneva train station, or just one tram stop away using the free transport card. The room was clean, and there are plenty of nearby amenities.

I didn’t like that the hotel still provides small disposable packages of shampoo and shower gel instead of more practical and eco-friendly refillable dispensers.
